I order from Bernie's at least once a week because the food is amazing. Its one of the best Latin restaurants on South Beach and the prices are reasonable. Try the daily specials, the seafood paella on Sunday is loaded with all kinds of sea creatures and is delicious. The delivery guy is always smiling and always very polite and nice.

I placed an order, met the minimum, the order went through and I was charged. A manager who obviously hates her job called and refused to deliver the order saying I had not met the minimum. I asked her to explain why the order went through and she could have cared less. Now I have to deal with Seamless for a refund.

Love this place - people are friendly, many menu items are reasonably priced, and many are wonderfully healthy - whole grains with beans and veggies and a side salad for 6.95 and enough food for two and a half meals? I am in. I also ordered delivery once and they brought delicious chicken soup filled with veggies and didn't charge a delivery fee! They have a fifteen dollar minimum for delivery, BUT they include tax and tip when calculating the minimum, so you really don't have to stretch to make it - even though you will end up with a few meals of left-overs :)

Bernie's is one of my Favorite spots to order from in South Beach, from the same people that started the cafe at Books and Books on Lincoln, Bernie's is a gourmet twist on your favorite Cuban and Latin favorites like Ropa Vieja and Churrasco.
