Bhatti Indian Grill (By Kabab Factory)

This Indian restaurant has to be the most authentic in the city. You would think they are a spice factory the way dishes are served--aromatic and incredibly flavorful. What's best is the food isn't too heavy either.

WORST indian food i've ever had...and i've had A LOT of indian food. their lamb tastes like liver (if you like liver paste, go for it). Their sauces are actually way oilier and creamier than your average indian food. And for this class of cuisine, it's overpriced for the small portions you get compared to most of the other indian restaurants on seamless.

This is by far the best Indian take out I've had in NY though I must admit I haven't tried most of the other restaurants on "curry hill." I would also recommend going for the all-you-can-eat lunch.

Bhatti has pretty good food, but their delivery is INCREDIBLY inconsistent. They can be a few minutes early, but also over an hour late.

We made the mistake of ordering food from Bhatti grill. The samosas were very old and stale and drowned in salty yogurt sauce to try to diminish the staleness. The food was extremely salty - I could only down a quarter of my food even after being hungry all day with a raging appetite before the food arrived. The rice was hard and oily (not to mention the food was cold on arrival). The only decent thing was the tandoori chicken. Overall, this place has very high prices compared to the portions they serve and the food does not live up to the price. There are a million other indian hole in the wall restaurants that are much better than this place. Sorely disappointed. They have to bring up the quality of their food if they want repeat business - a restaurant cannot survive without repeat business. Hope they will listen.

I have tried many upscale Indian restaurant but this is The best Indian restaurant in town if you are looking for authentic Indian Food.My favorite is non-veg lunch box , comes with chicken curry,vegetable of the day and lentils of the day.kebab,rice and nan bread.A complete fulfilling lunch.I order this every day and love it. I tried Murg Malai Kebab, so tasty and juicy."Rogan Josh" (lamb stew) and Chicken Kadahi are THE BEST.But chicken Kadahi is not on seamless menu. I don't know why. They deliver within 30-40 min.Never had problem with the delivery.

Have ordered from Bhatti many times and mostly enjoyed the food. However, this time I spent $20 on a Boti Kebab and garlic naan and all that shows up is 5 tiny pieces of luke-warm meat, NO rice and a container of chutney filled 1/6 of the way. That's a complete rip-off and Bhatti can be sure I'll be taking my business elsewhere as a result.

UPDATE: I dropped to 3 stars because I ordered $30 worth of food and instead of the flavor nan and a plain they brought 2 plains. But what really got me is that it came with no rice. I will adjust if I choose to order here again. I wish I could give 10 STARS. Here's why... I ordered and saw that there was a free appetizer of the chef's choice. Unfortunately it DID NOT come. I had ordered a lot of food so I thought I should let them know. When they found out that had happened they not only sent the app, I thought I was receiving a care package. This EXEMPLARY service has ensured that I will keep ordering from here. Although I have had much better rice pudding, the rest of the food especially the naan was really good and cheaper than other highly rated Indian places.

I'm definitely an Indian food novice, but there was no denying that this was delicious and affordable. The Paneer Tiki Masala was amazing - an item I know I'll reorder again and again. The naan was just ok in my opinion, but the rest of the flavors were so delightful, I didn't mind only having a small piece of it.
