Big Daddy's

I was charged $1.00 extra because I asked for no tomatoes on a Fantastic Four Omelet. When it arrived it wasn't even the right omelet. All it had was cheddar and bacon. I was so hungry I ate it but I only ordered from Big Daddy's because they are one of the few places who make a goat cheese, caramelized onion and spinach omelette. I will never order from them again. I will never again pay $14.00 for a cheddar and bacon omelet. NEVER. I call shenanigans.

The hangover helper is AMAZING. Besides this, the restaurant has a great amount of variety. It is a little expensive, but Big Daddy's is definitely worth it once in a while as a special treat! The grilled cheese is very good and different from what you are probably used to.

I've been ordering from Big Daddy's for well over a year until today, even giving them a glowing review. One of my go to orders is Jr. Burgers which until recently was a regular menu item that came with fries or tater tots for a great price - ten bucks. Big Daddy's decided to jack the price up by moving them to the appetizers, removing the side order, so if you want the exact same food as three days ago, it's now $15 instead of $10 - fries are $5. How did I find out? Not because the menu on Seamlessweb said so, but when the restaurant called me to say that Seamlessweb made a mistake and if I wanted my food to include the fries I'd have to pay $5 more. Despite telling not one but 2 people that it wasn't my mistake that their menu was incorrect, they still insisted that if I wanted french fries with my mini burgers, it would be $5 more. Shame that they don't get the power of posting reviews. I easily USED to order from this place at least once a week. Done.

I like the food and the menu at Big Daddy's, but the delivery service needs a lot improvement. You wait at least an hour for your order to arrive and when it does, it is always cold and all the food in the container is thrown around. Also, for the prices the portions tend to be small. I ordered a side of toast for $2.23 and they gave me just one piece of bread. Stingy!!

Outrageous prices and very subpar food. We ordered two chilli hot dogs and a hummus app. The tater tots tasted like the crummy frozen ones you buy and they were overcooked. The hot dogs were luke warm and nothing to write home about at all. They sent them with everything they were supposed to be "loaded up" with, in separate containers so had to pretty much make them ourselves, a big annoyance. The hummus appetizer was SO SO skimpy for $14, this was laughable. It literally was a fistful of pita cihps (like the kind you buy in a bag at the grocery store, nothing special), and a small container of hummus with some chickpeas thrown in it, and lots of oil. Disgusting. So $14 for EACH hot dog meal bland and uninteresting, $28, $14 for a tiny hummus app which was nothing special, total ripoff. Avoid this place like the plague.

I love this place. Everything they deliver is fresh, hot and usually early. Also, I'm constantly surprised by how big the portions are! The grilled chicken strips are really good. Not dry and over cooked, like most. Also, the sweet potato tots are a revelation...but be careful when you order cuz they'll give you enough tots for at least 3 people.

Food is great, delivery is consistently sloppy. Maybe the bags are too big, but everything's always tossed around and spilled by the time it reaches me. Repeatedly, that is, not just one single bad experience.

So I've ordered from here twice and extremely disappointed. To start, both times they got my order wrong with leaving things out. When I called to let them to inquire - they were rude and snotty and offered no customer service. Secondly, the food I received was cold and not fresh. I gave them a second chance with trying them the second time and that's it. Honestly, I would skip this one and pick another place - its just not worth it.

Ordered greek salad. 45 minutes (I was warned, to be fair) I received a salad of iceberg chickpeas goat cheese roasted red peppers and chicken. Awful.
