Bistro Bistro

I have ordered a number of things here and really enjoy the food. But the addition of a mandatory 20% tip is making me hesitant to ever order from here again. I always tip well, usually around 10-15% for delivery and always at least 20% when I'm dining in, but a mandatory 20% tip - for delivery?!

this place is horrible, I ordered a burger that came cold and soggy there were almost no fries and just thrown in the box all pale and soggy. I called and they were so rude never ordering again for these people again!

I got one of the chef's specials, which was decent, but it was a small portion for the money. Meal didn't even come with silverware.

Salade Nicoise - Just ordered this for delivery. It was a scoop (as done by an ice-cream scooper) of tuna salad on a bed of lettuce with some veggies, egg, etc. Very disappointing for a $15.00 salad. I suggest Bistro Bistro look up Salade Nicoise on Wikipedia or check out Bistro du Coin or Napoleon for suggestions on how to prepare it properly.

Food is delicious. Especially the Chicken Sorrento. I've ordered Bistro Bistro at least 6 times already this year, and while they may not have the most, they do have the best. It's enough to fill me up, and the side veggies are usually pretty good too. Of all the delivery places in DC, this one actually wraps the food in foil to keep it warm. Evidently this is a novel concept.

ordered lobster ravioli, est delievery 45-50 min and arrived in 30 min (props) but my food was already only luke warm with no utensils provided.
