Bistro Marketplace

I don't know why I keep ordering from Bistro - I guess because it's faster than most places; but not by much. Why put "avocados" on your list of salad toppings when you can't guarantee them? I'm not complaining for myself, but for my boss - an extremely busy man - who I have to disappoint by bringing him a salad sans avocados. It sounds so stupid, but it's important, really, and their neglect impacts not only his day, but mine as well. Bistro has made mistakes on my orders in the past, such as forgetting drinks on one occassion and not including bread with soup on another, when I specifically asked for it. I'm having their grilled eggplant and mozzarella sandwich for lunch - bitter, burned and all around sad. I will not order from Bistro again.

I can't rate the food because I never got it. I placed an order at 2 for a 5:30 delivery, got a phone call from bistro (with no apology) saying they didn't have a truck past 5:00. When I gave the option to deliver it now, they changed and said they didn't have a truck all day. When I asked for a refund since I wasn't able to pick up myself they said I had to call seamless directly because they don't do refunds...well you don't do delivery and you don't do refunds so maybe you should not be on seamless.

Forget this joint if you ever want to get your food. First they called after I placed the order and told me that I was outside of their delivery area (not according to Seamless I'm not), but they'd make the delivery anyway. 45 minutes later when I called to find out where my food was, I was told they had no delivery guy and, when that didn't go over well, that Seamless had called to cancel the order, which, of course they had not. Who has time for games when you're hungry?! There's nothing they have here they don't have elsewhere, so go elsewhere.

Waited over an hour for a salad and a pasta. Called 2x and no apologies from the establishment, just excuses...called and asked to speak to a manager bec. the salad we ordered was less than half full in the container...was told to call back at 4 bec. there's no manager on site. Horrible customer service...stay away or you will be hungry AND angry!

They never have the soups available they list - which sucks. But their salads are good if you add enough. I had a coworker order a salad once and the bowl arrived half empty - however I've never had any trouble with mine.

Stale bread, freezing cold food, forgot to include potatoes, took too long, and the delivery guy had an attitude, as if he was doing me a favor. No, thank you...never again!

horrible. didnt make the salad the way I asked. added so many different things into it that I didnt order. And they gave me the wrong lettuce. If you are sold out of something please call and find out if the customer wants to replace it w/ something else. dont just choose random things. someone can have an allergy and you wouldnt even know.

There was DIRT and chicken in my grilled vegetables sandwich! Horrible. They were out of the soup I'd ordered and substituted it with a veggie soup that was good however.

I placed an order for a large conference. The order was late, items were missing and they arbitrarily decided to substitute food. It was a complete hassle!!!

got salad with unlimited toppings. they left out 4 toppings, but overall salad was delish. took over an hour & ten minutes for order to arrive, was starved by the time it arrived.

The delivery was about 20 minutes later than the latest estimate, which was disappointing, but the soup was really good. The sandwich and cookies were decent, but not worth the price.

Awful service. The delivery time was supposed to be 30-45min, however, the guy came after an hour. Also, I ordered salad with dressing on the side, however, the dressing wasn't included in my order at all, when I called in to ask them to bring it over, the lady kept on convincing me that she saw my salad and that it was put into the salad, when it obviously wasn't. She said that they would bring up the dressing, but they never did. Also, the salad portion was incredibley small, with half the salad container being empty.
