Bistro New York (Lexington)

Not a positive experience. They delivered my order 45 minutes late. My "steamed vegetables" were floating in oil, and placed next to a balance bar that came completely melted. Lastly, they don't actually send you a 20 oz bottle of soda, which I requested, they sent me two cans! I will not order from Bistro New York again.

Delivery took 1.5 hours (not so "bistro"). Half of the order was missing. The lady on the phone started arguing with me that she put everything in the bag . I'm looking for a new deli to order my lunch from.

They delivered my cappucino all the way on 29th, still hot with froth, packaged so neatly so that nothing was spilt. I'm not usually satisfied with beverage deliveries but BISTRO has earned my respect...

I used to love this place, but recently they've been messing up on every order! The food is still good, but the order/delivery process is a problem. It takes 45min-90min to get a salad & burrito combo & half the time I only recieve 1 part of my order. What happened to you guys?! I don't think I'll be ordering from here anymore.

Very filling and substantial salad! It was almost more toppings than lettuce (not that I'm complaining!) Chicken Cacciatore soup was also very good. Will definitely order again!

I'll nvr order from here again!! I was eating my salad and came across a roach in my food!! I called to complain and the manager was very apologetic, but implied this is NY... What are you serious????? That digust me more.

The delivery is fast, and the food is ok, but they NEVER follow additional or delivery instructions. They never make the food how I ask, and they always leave it with someone else in my office, sometimes on an empty desk.

This place is ridiculous. It took them an hour and 45 minutes to deliver when their page says 15-30 min! I specifically ordered from them because I was starving and kept holding out hope they were almost here, but finally at around an hour and a half in I went downstairs and bought something else out of starvation. Thus, I cannot comment on the food but I very much doubt it would have been worth the wait, anyway.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 15-30 minute delivery took over an hour and 15 minutes. we were told they were "on the way" or two minutes away, then the delivery guy went missing... to top it all off, by the time the person got it, soups were still piping hot. can't they be honest and just say they forgot the order instead of jerking us around? NEVER ordering from here again

delivery took over 45 minutes when i placed the order at 3:30pm. there was no guacamole or sour cream included which that is what is supposed to be in the veggie burrito. i probably wouldnt order from here again.

The salads are always very fresh and tasty and I like the options they give for additional items to add. They ran out of the soup, so I can't rate that. The delivery people are also very fast and nice -- unlike a lot of places!

Delivery is fast. Selection is good. Soups are awesome (especially the pot pie soup). Their roast beef sandwiches are thick and pink (just the way ithey always used to be). They only have a couple stools and really are a take-out shop. Their 1/2 and 1/2 combos are the best: panninis, burritos, salads, sandwiches, soup; they have lunch covered. They also do breakfast. I ordered the 1/2 salad & 1/2 burrito, the combination was fantastic! The delivery was extremely quick. I will definitely be ordering from there again.
