Blockheads - 91st & Amsterdam

Not everything I ordered was delivered. I called to make them aware and they asked if they could give me a credit for the next time I ordered. I asked them to just deliver the missing item and they said they would. They didn't and when I called the second time they said they delivered the missing item to the wrong address, which most likely wasn't the truth. Very poor service.

It was hard to rate this place because there are two items that I absolutely love - the guacamole and the chicken quesadilla. The rest of the food, however, isn't much to write about. It's not bad, but for a $12 burrito, for example, it's not really worth it. That being said, their delivery has been consistently fast and the items that I do really enjoy are always consistently good. Additionally, they have great customer service. I got a follow up call after my first order to see how I enjoyed the food. Two orders in a row they forgot an extra bag of chips I asked for, but as they were only $1 I didn't bother calling. The 3rd time I ordered an extra bag I added a note in the comments section and when the delivery person arrived he apologized for the previous mishaps and handed me a gift certificate.

Excellent customer service. They messed up one of my orders so I called them. The manager apologized and sent out a new order that arrived within minutes. Great food, fast delivery and even better service.

I used to order from this place all the time. it was one of my favorites. Then they started forgetting things in the orders, the food always arrives cold (you better have an oven handy). And I only live like 2 BLOCKS away!! which means you better live next door if you dont want your food to take more than an hour and show up nasty!! :(

Might have tasted better if it hadn't arrived cold. I'm two blocks away. Also wasn't packaged carefully and was transported tilted so everything was in pushed to the side and in danger of sliding out by the time it arrived.
