When you factor in the price and somewhat decent delivery time, this is a solid option for a burger and fries. The meat is fresh and is always delish (little sloppy but good nonetheless). I've ordered delivery roughly ten times and the burger has never failed me. The fries are good; the one caveat is they don't travel well and arrive typically lukewarm (I have yet to receive fries from any place that arrive hot). For $10 bucks it's hard to beat.

The fries were soggy and soaked in fat. The burger was ok, but I asked for mayo and did not get it.

Terrible! The fries were so soggy and inedible that I fed them to my dog. The burgers were gross, overcooked, and tasteless. The entire bag of food came soaking wet for some unknown reason. This was in the top 5 worst meals I have ever eaten. And they food came late.

Save your money and the hassle. I tried this place for the first time today and was extremely disappointed. The food took over 1.5 hours to arrive and not only were the fried cold, but obvious they were old. I did not get a couple of the items requested. $17 for a burger and dried that were not edible was a waste of time and money.

About what I expected, the burgers were decent for the price - took longer than expected for delivery.

The delivery here took forever for just 2 burgers and an order of fries, it actually took over an hour and a half. By the time the burgers got to us, they had soaked through the paper and were squished. The taste, just ok. Sometimes you pay for convenience because I could have just walked 2 minutes to Burger King down the street and gotten a better whopper.

The delivery took over an hour to arrive, this based on a 25-35 minute delivery time. The food is described as mediocre at best. The fries were soggy and cold when they arrived and the burger was similar to one you would receive from the fast food chain Wendy's. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Delivery was on the earlier end of the range they provided. The fries didn't survive the trip as well (soggy, meh) but the double burger was good.

Burgers were not that great for the price. Got my drink wrong. And the fries were supposed to come with some sort of dipping sauce that I was excited to try--wasn't even in the bag.

Exceptional service, delicious food, and the best price on the upper east side. Sometimes you just want an American cheeseburger. The kind you had growing up. The kind that brings back memories of barbecues on the fourth of July. That's these. Add in some hand cut french fries, and you've got the best bang for your buck on the upper east side. There are a lot of snotty, pretentious burger places on the upper east side. But when you want a good, delicious, unassuming burger that doesn't cost 43.95 because it was cooked in a combination of truffle oil and unicorn fat, Blue 9 is the place to go.
