Blue 9 Burger (3rd Ave)

They took an over an hour and a half to deliver 2 McDonalds size burgers and an order of fries. I will never order from here again. Overpriced, and terrible service!

Called me after 30 minutes to tell me it would be 80 minutes until my delivery. The quote was 25-40 minutes when I ordered. Almost 2 hours to get a burger? What a joke! Don't order here.

Food arrived in 40 minutes, quite tasty and hot. I have ordered in the past from here and been disappointing with slow service and soggy cold food but this time around they redeemed them selves and the burger was cooked perfectly and fries came hot and crispy.

I order my meal at 11:00PM and did not receive it until 12:35AM! My estimated delivery time was 25-40 minutes. When the hour mark hit, I called the restaurant who kept saying the guy was on his way. They brought my mozzarella sticks with the sauce! The fries don't have any taste. The burger is OK. I would think twice before ordering from this place again.

The burger was awesome (hence 2 stars) but the sweet potato tots arrived as a solid congealed glob of orange goo stuck to one side of the carton. Straight to the trash.

For me over the past 2 years or so Blue 9 has been good to me. Maybe it's because I always order from them but typically, the burgers have been hot and the fries have been crispy. Sometimes soggy sure, but it's delivery! The thing I don't like is that they charge for extra sauces when they're unlimited and free in store. I know it's delivery and they can charge for that, but I wish it wasn't.

The food at Blue 9 is typically great. It's the closest NYC has to In-N-Out Burger. However, the service is so bad lately that I don't think I can order anymore. I ordered my food at 10:15 and it arrived at 11:45. The delivery window was 25-40 minutes. My fries, which are normally great, were super soggy and gross. My burger was covered in lettuce, even though I requested without lettuce. Finally my milkshake, was entirely melted. I hope Blue 9 Burger gets it together.

Cookie dough shake was a bit melted and tasted too similar to a vanilla shake but the burger was satisfying, given the time of night.

I Ordered the Blue 9 Firecracker Style Burger with fries. The order took about 45 minutes to arrive, which is just long enough to be annoying. The first thing I noticed when I opened the bag was that the food was hot and steamy. The paper bag was actually pretty soggy, & unfortunately so were the fries. The burger was good but nothing special, the Chili sauce topping was spicy enough without being too hot. Nutshell: I will order again when I'm not in a hurry, but I will not order fries.

the food came and it was very cold ... cold fries don't taste that good plus it was very soft . i would never order from here again...... the burger was wet and just nasty

The food is good but delivery is pretty much guaranteed to be slow. You will regularly wait over an hour for Blue 9 Burger...
