Bocca Di Bacco

I order from Bocca Di Bacco at least once per week. The bolognese is delicious! Big portion too. I only live around the corner, but the delivery is super fast.

I was happy that one of my fave neighborhood spots delivers via seamlessweb. Their Gnocchi alla Sorrentina is one of the best Gnocchi I have ever had (melts in your mouth), and I also love their Bruschetta ai Funghi. The food is homemade and delicious. I enjoy eating at the restaurant too, but there is always a long wait unless you have reservations. At least they have a great wine bar as you wait to get seated. But ordering via seamlessweb is a good alternative so I get my Bocca di Bacco fix any night of the week :)

Food is great, but their track record for delivering with the published time has slipped dramatically. It should take 20-35 minutes, and it's taking more than an hour. Totally unacceptable. I will most likely not order from them again.

Food came more than 1h late. Additional ingredients were added to my salad despite not being listed on the meny (like onions - I'm allergic to onions!). Wrong dressing came. My coworkers dressing wasn't mixed in as per directions. Will not order again.

I just had the most appalling service from this restaurant. I have ordered from here before and it was fine but not only was the food lukewarm, all the dishes had not been put in the bag. Upon various phonecalls i was told the delivery guy had put it in the bag so suddenly i become the liar!! Absolutely diabolical service and i will not be ordering again....

I was not really impressed. First it took well over an hour, although they told me it would be 20-35 minutes. The food was cold and really rather tasteless. We ordered the gnocchi, which was completely tasteless and the meatballs - $10 for two (not flavorful) meatballs in sauce with no pasta seems extreme. We won't be going back.

Food is amazing, but the portions are beyond tiny. If you are ordering in from them, make sure you get an appetizer to go along with your dinner, otherwise you will still be hungry. I just ordered the homemade tortellini and I kid you not when I say that there was less than 10 of them in there. What a waste of money!!!!

A very fine bolognese. Really. Beautiful al dente fettucini and quick, hot delivery. I wish every delivery experience were as good.

The food was good as usual ( I have eaten at the restaurant several times). The order arrived much earlier than posted which was good, however, it was not as hot as it should have been (I live 1/2 block away). I ordered a pasta and expected a side of bread that usually comes when dining at the restaurant or with delivery like most.
