Worst food delivery ever. I ordered 20 soy garlic wings. Two full hours later (despite a delivery estimate of 45 minutes), they delivered 10 spicy drumsticks. I called the restaurant to complain and they wouldn't answer their phone. Walked the 13 blocks to the restaurant and stood in line with approximately 20 other disgruntled customers also waiting to get their food and/or correct their orders. The employees were the absolute opposite of helpful. They didn't apologize for their error, and they said they could EITHER refund me OR remake my order - with no regard to the fact that I walked all the way there with the wrong order! While I was there I heard them tell another customer it was HIS fault they delivered the wrong order because he didn't make sure the guy who took his order wrote it down correctly. This place sucks. Will never ever order from this BonChon again.

BonChon is delicious but for some reason it always takes them over an hour and half to get it 8 blocks down. It arrives cold and soggy, nothing like what you would get in house. If I had an actual lunch hour to go out and eat it at the restaurant I would. Sadly, that's why I can only give them 3 stars for the cold food and extremely long delivery time.

Great Korean fried chicken! Food came very fresh and warm (granted it only traveled one block). My only complaint was that the boxes weren't labeled so it was difficult to divy out everyone's food, but the food was so good it didn't matter.

Sorry to do this as I love seamless but this place just isn't worth the delivery wait. And unfortunately the service for BonChon could seemingly care less. I've now been waiting on a basic meal for 1 hour & 31 mins. Really lame and probably my last order from BonChon. Save the time and money(BonChon isn't cheap) and get delivery that actually delivers.

I keep going here for their chicken wings. They are amazing. Both flavors are great, and the crunch on the wings are unlike anywhere else I've been.

Great chicken, packaged well. They're good for pickup orders. I can also vouch for the takoyaki and okonomiyaki, if you're down with those dishes.

I'll agree that the chicken is fantastic. But if you're ordering this in Midtown for lunch, and you're on a schedule, you're going to find yourself in big trouble. I've tried delivery, pickup and walking in. And they are *never* ready anywhere near your confirmed time. (Today was 40 minutes past my in-person pickup time.) They are obviously overwhelmed.

If you haven't eaten at BonChon, then you've never tried fried chicken. Using their special Korean frying process, this is the healthiest (they claim) and yet most delicious fried chicken I have ever tasted in my life (and I'm for the South, so that's saying something). Somehow, the chicken manages to stay crispy even through delivery (no soggy bits here!) and it tastes absolutely AMAZING. Their fried shrimp is also spectacularly good as they use some cominbation of spices in the batter that lends it a punch of flavor. Their prices are pretty reasonable, but they're much better for lunch, so I always just order lunch/dinner at the same time when I order to save money. It reheats well.

The chicken and potstickers are really great. They arrived hot and crisp, and my four deliveries have all shown up in a half hour or less.
