Bone Lick Park

I read the other reviews before ordering and I can say that i doubt it was a competitor. The food did come after the 24-40 minute estimate.. but not much.. the pulled pork was cold. as was the bbq sauce. The collard greens were a bit warm. For BBQ.. it was fine.. wont rave about the quality of the meat.. but I ate it and didnt hate it.. After a long day with my toddler who has been sleepless.. the last thing i wanted to do was warm up food that should have arrived hot. SO.. if you want to eat something in the meat dept. and dont mind room temp pork.. then go for it.. I wont order from them again.. im curious though how it is eating in. I am not a competitor... nor am i a bitter miser.. I have a lot of BBQ experience also.. 3 is probably .5 over what i should rate it.. but again.. i ate it all..

Delivery estimate of 25-40 mins. Took 59 minutes. I'm happy to wait 90 minutes (and have before)... just be upfront about it. Food had clearly been sitting around a while. Fail.

terrible service!!!!!!!! they sent the wrong items, the delivery took an hour and a half instead of 25-40 minutes and was cold and congealed. and on top it they were rude. dont waste your time.

i would give ZERO stars if i could. the delivery is pathetic. i called after an hour and they told me another half hour. I live a one minute walk from this place. OH, and my food NEVER arrived.

I ordered my food the other night and it arrived 1 hour 15 minutes later...luke warm. I had called twice before it arrived, once at 45 minutes past and again at 1 hour past, both times of which I was told the food was on the way. I live less than a 10 minute walk from this establishment. I should have asked for my money back for the slightly warm food and shoddy service. It would have been quicker to walk down the street, grab a table, order and eat my food and walk back home. I highly recommend against ordering out from this establishment.

Ordered from here for dinner delivery. Was told 25 to 40 minutes. At i hour 20 we called to check status. Was told they were backed up but it would be delivered soon. Not 5 minutes later the delivery guy showed up assuring us it was "fresh". Funny because we weren't concerned about "fresh" but about "late". The food was awful: cold and gelatinous pork and "BBQ" chicken covered in what tasted like ketchup. When I called to complain the manager asked if his delivery guy was still there. I said "no, we're eating it. He didn't wait around to see if we liked it or not." Very bad experience. They did agree to credit the whole amount of our bill, however. I still will never order from there again.

I placed my order at 7:57, they didn't send me a confirmation email until 8:10, i called at 8:45 asking where my food was, they told me it would be here any time, i just called them at 859pm and they still couldn't tell me when my food would get here! this is RIDICULOUS! i live only 5 minutes away!

Excellent BBQ Still the best BBQ in the Village, tried the others on Seamless and have to say they were not nearly as good. Ordered again from here Thurs and gonna order tonight. I really believe in this place and am very suspicious of the negative reviews(probably the competition).

This place is really exceptional. I order from here one/twice a week. Their sides are eclectic and in my opinion gourmet. Far above and beyond what most of the city has to offer for so called "bbq". Okra is awesome. So are their lima beans. Their chocolate pecan pie is one of the best around. And all their regular entress are solid as well.

Delivery was fast but that was the obly good thing about this place. Neither the meat nor the skin of my fried chicken had any flavor and in fact tasted a bit burnt. The macaroni cheese tasted like the "cheddar" was moldy and was completely inedible. The collard greens and cornbread, however, were alright and earned 2 stars.

Underseasoned food -- I ordered the barbecue chicken wings and the fried chicken - in both cases the chicken was extremely stringy and weirdly old and tough. Possibly the worst chicken I've ever had.
