HORRIBLE SERVICE. delivery person came back demanding the tip in cash (as he said it wasn't paid for on seamless). i left it in cash outside the door and then he re-rang my apartment giving a lot of attitude, not sure if he was mad at me or management regarding miscommunication on payment. i tried calling bowery diner to make sure i did not owe money and the guy who answered was apologetic but made no effort to find out details of my order. having worked in the food industry myself, this is not an appropriate response

We are SO happy that we tried Bowery Diner. There is love in this food--the grilled cheese is like you always dreamed it could be, buttery but not greasy on perfectly crisped country white bread. Their french fries are crisp outside, tender inside, double fried in peanut oil...fantastic with their homemade mayo. Onion rings are light as air, impossibly thin, amazing even if you're not into onion rings! Chicken noodle soup was the perfect soup--managing to be light but full of flavor. Desserts are a dream-whether belgian chocolate brownies or strawberry rhubarb pie, made with exceptional care & top ingredients. Service was stellar--this is our favorite place on Seamless, and now in the neighborhood.

Ordered Mac and cheese. It was GROSS and if I had eaten in I would have sent it right back. Super oily and barely even a cheese sauce. Cheese flavor was only decent but the texture was so gross and oily that I could only stomach a few bites. I don't even know if I am curious of their other items now. In a city with amazing diners I think this recent addition is pretentious and awful food.

Terrible. Expensive for for what you get. I paid $12 for the bagel and lox. The lox was papery thin. The tomatoes were mealy. And the coffee was half spilt all over the bag. I will NOT be ordering from them again.

My food arrived, cold and soggy, after 90 minutes (40 minutes after I called to check up on the order status) on a quoted wait time of 25-40 minutes. The meal itself was mediocre and mushy. Would not recommend.

Rather than the iced coffee I ordered, I got an exploded iced coffee wrapped in plastic and a coffee-soaked bag. Wouldn't order again.

Delivery guy claimed that the buzzer didnt work and was very rude. The lobster-bun was dry, and came with onions in the lobster-mix, and in the side-salad even though I clearly stated that I didn't want it. Overpriced. Dessert was very good though, but did not make up for the rest of the meal, so will not order again.

the burgers are amazing! especially the Worcestershire Burger. The Bandeja Paisa breakfast is also awesome. I recommend going in as well. Great, cool and chill atmosphere...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was just screamed at over the phone when I called to complain that my food had not been delivered. I suggest that no one support this establishment unless you enjoy paying for things that don't get delivered and getting screamed at over the phone. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my years of living in New York City. BY FAR.

Fries were soggy and gross. Food came late and without any condiments or plates. Bread for grilled cheese was stale. Absolutely terrible experience.
