Estimated time: 25-40 mins. Actual delivery time: 75 mins. If the food was at least good, I could have overlooked this...but unsurprisingly, it was ice-cold and tasteless.

Not sure why the other reviewers have had such bad luck but I order from Cognac 2-3 times per week and the food is consistently delicious and delivered hot. It's pricey, but unlike the other upscale restaurants delivering via seamless (who apparently think their food is worth a wait of 60-75 minutes), Cognac also typically delivers in under half an hour, which is a real plus. I'm a fan.

Livraison vraiment trop longue, incomplète (il manquait 2 gâteaux), plus un appel du restaurant pour changer un des sandwichs puisqu'ils étaient en rupture de croque monsieur! Cher pour un mauvais service! Je ne recommanderais pas chez eux.

ive never written a review before but the delivered meal i got from the place was truly awful and compelled me to right a review for the first time. i blame myself for stupidly ordering an $18 hamburger in the first place, but i asked for medium well and it care medium rare with a soggy bun. that's fine if you're paying $5-10 for a hamburger but $18?!, cmon. also, the fries tasted like they had been sitting around for at least an hour....that stale, soggy fry taste. the $8?! green beans were also cold and overcooked.

Calling the food mediocre would be a compliment. Food was overpriced, and maybe they thought I wouldn't notice that the lobster bisque was actually a mushroom soup. With so many other choices, I will not order from here again.
