Bravo Pizza - Park Ave

Showed up 30 minutes late. Ordered for a business meeting. That said, the pizza was good.

Their online menu needs to be updated, and the pizza arrived lukewarm, but it's got good quality at a reasonable price (for Manhattan).

I ordered two salads and two pizzas from this restaurant and was expecting a 25 to 40 minute wait time. I called the restaurant 50 minutes after my order was placed and was told that our food had not yet been made. The food did not arrive until an hour and 20 minutes after we ordered. This was unacceptable. I was met with a lot of attitude and lack of cooperation when I called in. The pizza tastes great, and so does the salad, but some better customer service is really needed and would be much appreciated. Bravo, DO BETTER.

have ordered before and it's been good - but this last time it took more than an hour and a half to show up (no call from the store?????) - no plates no condiments, pizza was cold - very disappointed !!!! hope this isn't what Bravo has come too - May NEVER order again!!!!!!!!!

The food is subpar and the delivery takes over 1.5 hours. They hung up on me when I simply asked if and when the delivery had left the restaurant. When I called back, they didn't answer until I hid my phone number. I was told that there was an accident with the delivery boy. However, when the delivery order finally arrived and I asked how the delivery person was, the person who brought my food said there had been no accident. When I opened up the bag, I realized they had my order mixed up. They provided me with a Ceasar salad, not Greek salad and plain pizza, not sicilian. I will not order from here again.

The New York Style pizza was not as thin as I expected. I think I would have been happier at a 'regular' pizza place.

The margherita pizza is seriously the best I've had in New York - you have to add mozzarella cheese to the order and ask for it though when ordering through SW.

Don't order from here. They almost never have the different options on their menu. Not only that, but the food is cheaper at the Bravo Pizza on 5th. Don't waste your time here; get pizza elsewhere.

I ordered a chicken parm hero and a slice. A few hours later I started having horrible food poisoning. The food smelled a little funny at the start but looked and tasted fine. I will NEVER order from here again.
