Bread & Butter Market

Sandwich served on stale bread. I realize this is a bodega but c'mon. Advice for bread and butter: tell your workers not to use stale bread. The 10 cents you saved isn't worth alienating your customers. Won't order from again.

I love the soup from this place and the grilled cheese is pretty good too if not a bit under-melty. Bread and butter is ok by me for soup and sandwich!

So, I ordered, pancakes, 2 eggs over easy, and sausage. I got 3 pancakes, 2 eggs well done, 1 sausage patty...no butter or maple syrup....REALLY?! Who eats pancakes without butter or syrup? My co-worker ordered french fries and an egg sandwich. He got an egg sandwich....where the hell are the fries??? Can't even give them one star...can we do negative 3 stars?

Not bad, but also not great. The tuna salad has some things that you wouldn't expect like carrots and peas but it tasted good...except for the peas. Also they failed to toast my bread as requested.

I ordered eggs over medium with ham and french toast and cream of wheat. The food arrived and was not greasy, temperature was acceptable, and most importantly, the food tasted great.

worst service ever. 90 minutes for delivery. could not fill my whole order and didn't notify me until i called them after over an hour. even though seamless provides a confirmation email receipt for orders already charged to a credit card, they claimed they did not even get my order. never trust them again.

ive never had a problem with this restaurant .. today i ordered the fat free tuna on a wrap with mayo .. the mayo was so bad.. it was like plastic and hard.. thank god i tasted how bad it was .. i could have gotten really sick from that! i hope no one got sick from the mayo this restaurant was using today .. such a waste of money and a disappointment, honestly.

food is decent,the minestrone soup is one of the best I had. I am ordering from them a while now and they were loosing all stars in bad service,bad recently it changed and everything is great so I wanted to give them a better review for their amazing progress.

Don't bother trying to customize anything in your order or make any special requests -- even if you confirm with a phone call. They will send your order without making any adjustments.

I work as a concierge and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Food is decent, but the service is extremely rude. I called to order over the phone and the girl that picks up the phone says that she will not deliver to me because i am too far even though i told her I order from them everyday. She said that because they have a contract with seamlessweb, they have to deliver to me. I asked her if there is a different delivery guy for calling in versus seamless. She said no, but still refused to take my order. So i ordered over seamless web and of course they delivered. When I ordered today, they took over an hour to deliver and when I called to ask if the guy was on his way, the same girl that was rude to me on the phone previously said that the food was on it's way, but that she was going to remove my location from seamless web because we were too far and she loses her delivery guy for too long. (Not my problem). I told her she can do whatever she needs to do. As a customer and an extremely loyal customer who orders from them every day and recommends them, that is so inappropriate.That should never be said to any customer anyways. There's too many places like them in manhattan to take that sort of treatment from a rude girl that answers the phones and tells their loyal customers that basically they don't need their business and servicing them is an inconvenience. I guess they don't need the business i could possibly give them considering the fact that I'm a concierge as well.

Fast reliable delivery. I have been ordering from them for many weeks. Very few errors in preparing the order, and when there is an error they correct it by sending you what you ordered as soon as you tell them. I'm a very satisfied customer!
