Bread Factory Cafe (35th/7th)

I love the Bread Factory. Really can't go wrong here. Especially their "make your own pasta and stir fry."

Love the 7 Grain bread here -- very flavorful. Fast delivery and nice delivery staff! My favorite place to order breakfast! I've probably ordered 10 times, never had any problems.

Terrible. We used this place for a group order, and on the day of delivery, Bread Factory calls us many times to say over and over again that they didn't have what people ordered. If they don't have it, why it is on their menu? To top it off, they delivery was more than a half an hour late. Never again.

The make your own pasta is the best idea since sliced bread. All of the options are delectable and the carbonara is amazing as well. Highly recommended.

LOVE bread factory! Not only is the bread OUTSTANDING, but everything that I have ever ordered from them has been delicious! Their delivery is quick as well! All in all, a great place to order from!

service was quick, but the food poor quality. The chicken sandwich was dried out and the bread didn't taste fresh. The Cobb salad ingredients weren't fresh.

The food is mediochre. I would rate them at two stars, however the delivery guy chewed me out for ordering from this branch rather than another branch which is slightly closer. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from any of the Bread Factory Cafe restaurants again.

I order from Bread Factory all the time and the food is always of good quality, especially for the price. If there have ever been any problems or mistakes, they're more than happy to adjust my bill and do so very quickly.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! EVER! They consistently modify my order without calling me, add things to salads that arent even in the descriptions, if you order something that is no longer on their menu but not reflected here they just bring you something else, prepared sloppily, poor customer service, absolutely the worst food experience you will find if you order here, speaks broken english on the phone and is probably run by a kitchen full of people who dont speak english considering how often they mess up simple instructions for food.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered food and they forgot to deliver it. I called them and the guy who picked up the phone did not care and started cursing at me. Do not order from here. You will not get your food and get cursed on.
