I'm always hesitant about late night ordering, but Bread Factory Cafe was a success. The food arrived promptly, correctly, and still hot. Would definitely re-order their vanilla milkshake and chicken noodle soup.

The bolognese was made with cream, which they don't state on the menu. I would not have ordered it, knowing that. They didn't send any parmesan cheese on the side but mixed it in beforehand. The bread tastes like mold.

I was extremely disappointed with this order. First of all, the food did not even come from Bread Factory - they sent it from another place called Europan which I have been to and have never enjoyed. The order was incorrect - the items I asked for in my salad were wrong, they sent the wrong dressing, and did not include salt and pepper as I had requested. All in all, this was a disaster. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I thought Bread Factory would be a place that produced high qualify baked goods. However, the plain challah here on this site is of the worst quality I have ever seen. It is one of the toughest and grossest Challahs around. Paid $4 for it and when it arrived I took one bite, sadly swallowed, and threw it in the trash. Please go elsewhere for your Challah quest.

Reordered and got a fabulous sandwich. However, can't forget what happened the last time: I like to compare this to Yelp's 3 star rating of "A-OK." Bread Factory was a little late on my order, but time doesn't always matter to me. Ordered a sandwich that was supposed to be on Ciabatta, but I'm sure it was just a generic hero. Fries were soggy, and I received a Diet Coke instead of the Coca Cola that I ordered. Caveat emptor, I suppose.

Two thumbs down... Food was preordered the night before for delivery at 8 am (I had a breakfast at 8:30am). Food not delivered until close to 9 am. I called multiple times and only received a simple sorry from the Bread Factory. Extremely disappointed and will NOT be ordering from here again.

While they get a lot right -- great egg and omelet sandwiches -- be prepared for stale muffins, desserts, and occasionally stale bagels too. Curiously, despite their name, they're not very good at baked items, (even their bread pudding can be old and dry,) nor do they bother stocking everything on the menu. If you want a cranberry muffin, be satisfied with a stale blueberry one. If you order an everything bagel, a poppy may just have to do. We've tried both Bread Factories in our neighborhood, and they're they same. We thought perhaps it was because we ordered late in the evening, but a noon delivery was just as disappointing. Pity.

I love this place. The bread is fresh and the pastries are great. Try a sandwich on Sourdough or homemade white bread and an Apple Turnover!

The egg white w/veggies sandwich is wonderful. I normally am not a fan of cooked veggies that one usually finds in omlettes, but they have created a really great flavor combination. I highly recommend getting it on the raisin challah bread. I know, it isn't the most healthy choice, but the combination of savory from the eggs and sweet from the bread is wonderful!

The omelettes at this place are so fluffy and jam packed with tasty delicious stuff. They make good sweet potato fries (my fave). And the bread and bagels are pretty good too.

three words....wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I ordered a grilled cheese with sweet potatoe fries. The food was still hot when it arrived, bread was crispy, cheese melted and fries were outstanding. They will be on my favorites, for sure. and I'm a food snob!

Salad was small for the price and they ignored my instructions for no bread and very light on the dressing. Delivery was very fast though.
