Brindle Room

I've eaten at the Brindle Room several times and really enjoy their food. That said, we ordered fried chicken sandwiches, a kale salad, porcini mashed potatoes and smoked chicken wings. The order arrived on the shorter end of the delivery estimate which was great; however, the food was barely luke warm. Overall the food was good and tasty but I personally rather eat at the restaurant. One other thing, at the restaurant they serve you an order of freshly made donut holes at the conclusion of your meal. They don't include those in the delivery...it would be nice if they did!

A++++++ My order arrived in 20 minutes. The food is excellent... fried chicken sandwich and Italian fries. DEFINITELY ordering from The Brindle Room again. Couldn't be happier.

After taking an eternity to get here, the food was less than satisfactory. A "Dinner Large Plate" which costs twice as much as a "Dinner Small Plate" provided the same amount of food. The simply made dish was nothing better than something you could get off the street. Unfortunately, it doesn't stop there. The Brindle Room employs crude customer service agents. After advertising a dishonest menu, the establishment stands behind its work in an impolite fashion. With an almost perfect record with seamless, I'd say this is the first bad one I've found. I will not reorder. Take your chances.

Delicious food, quick delivery. This last time I made an error and sent a pickup order instead of delivery and Brindle Room had the food to my door just 15 minutes after I called and fixed it (which they handled very smoothly). Great service, will definitely continue to order from this place regularly.

Burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Lived up to the hype. I will definitely be ordering from the brindle room again. Can't wait to eat in the restaurant as well.

Sorry Brindle Room. This is the 2nd time that you have delivered a complete mess. Smoothie all over the place, no napkin, straw, cutlery and the salad looks totally mashed.Of course the salad is Kale and Pecorino, and not Spinach and Stilton - icing on the cake for the second and last time. I really like your food but think that your delivery is awful. I just cant order from you anymore. 1 star.

I've never written a review before because I think they're a waste of time unless you have something really important to say. I'm a girl and I love burgers. I've only gotten the burger and fries from here, but the burger is a perfect size and so so so delicious. If you're a hungry guy, I recommend getting two burgers. Also, they package the fries in a brown bag which makes for non-soggy delicious fries. Thank you Brindle!

Quick delivery, food was hot, but the burger I ordered was epically small! It was delicious but I could have easily eaten two of them and I'm a 5'5" 110lb girl. Come on.

Food isn't great, not worth ordering. The taste of the fritos pie was average and the Vietnamese sandwich was so bad I threw it away.

Love the burger. It it is quite thick, which I like, but not very big. Definitely not a lot of bang for the buck, but it's taste is incredible. Usually they get medium-rare right, but even when they didn't last night, it was still a superior burger. Also, get the Italian Fries. Can't go wrong. I've had the fried chicken sandwich too, which was unusual but really tasty. Typically prompt delivery.

My food was just ok, if I am going to be decadent and order a fried chicken sandwich ,it should be amazing. It wasn't, it was ok and not worth the guilt for me. I will try something else next time.

I love this place. Do yourselves a favor and if you are a regular here and havent purchased a bottle of their hot sauce get one next order! It comes in a huge 12 oz bottle and it will probabaly last a year. A little goes a long way. This is the best hot sauce ive ever had.

Food was an hour late. I called to try and figure what was going on. Put me on hold for 5 min. Finally after another call a rude lady answered and told me the delivery man tried to come. Nobody called me. Delivery man dropped my food walked away. Super bummed out.
