Brooklyn Flipsters

I was really disappointed by Flipsters. The food was cold and FAR too greasy even for a hamburger and fries. The bun of the hamburger was literally soaking wet with grease. Needless to say, I'll never order there again. Yuck.

Order was all wrong. I called the manager, who didn't offer to correct it and was "unable" to refund the money. He assured me he would contact Seamless to correct it, but 2 days later, a debit for the full order was posted. Completely unprofessional. The burger wasn't the only thing to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Never ordering from this spot again.

Food was cold/inedible, delivery guy creeped our a neighbor asking to borrow her cellphone (i guess they dont have their own) and it all showed up 30 minutes later than the estimate. Never again.

The veggie burger was pretty good, but a little burnt. The regular burger was pretty terrible, and very burnt (I ordered it medium well and it was bleeding inside and black outside..yuck.)

they never received my order from Seemless Web. Finally I called an hour and a half later and then they were totally unapologetic about the whole ordeal. First they told me it was a problem with Seemless Web, and I could place an order with them directly, even though I'd already paid through Seemless Web. Then it turns out that they just didn't have their fax machine on. Totally incompetent.

Good burgers. Unfortunately I ordered a double cheeseburger and a zero burger with avocado, and i got a single burger and a zero burger with no avocado.

Best burgers in the slope. Delivery was prompt and although the buns get a bit soggy (as all burgers do) still super delicious. Highly recommend the ginger burger as well as the salmon sliders. Brunch is not so hot, though, head elsewhere for your hangover fare.

Sorry, if all you do is make burgers and you can't cook a burger as ordered, you're a joke. I ordered medium rare, got well-done. Inedible.

Hockey puck burgers. Hard on the outside but raw in the middle. How do they even do that? Delivery order was late and missing cheesecake we ordered.

Some of their food is quite tasty, but a lot of it is mediocre and overpriced. For $4 you get an 8oz drink. The fries i ordered were soggy when i got them and the 'cheddar' cheese i paid $2 extra was like runny cheese whiz

They constantly forget items for delivery. I've ordered online, then even called the restaurant to reiterate the sides i wanted included and they STILL didn't put them in. It's happened every time I've ordered from them, so I've just stopped. Which sucks cuz I like their burgers (that is why I gave them A star). I just wish they could get it together for delivery, but they obviously don't care.

This place has gotten some bad press online, but the two times I've tried it they were quick, the food was good and the delivery person was cool. It is a little expensive, but whatever it's nyc. Get over it, or eat at the deli my friend.
