Brooklyn Label

A three-star review because the food that I did receive was tasty. On the other hand, my Brooklyn Label Burger with "Vino-nion" (which I might be mistakenly be assuming is some sort of onion) and bacon arrived as a burger with just cheese and slice of tomato. I won't contest that what I (quickly) received was good, just not specifically was advertised. And bacon is important.

Lately Brooklyn label has been significantly better. I've been eating here since it opened and long ago wrote them off for anything other than a last resort brunch (they once sent me the most bland mac & cheese EVER). But recently we gave them another go- both delivery and sit down and have been pleasantly surprised. Brunch has been consistently good, and delivery, while not AS consistent, has been really great lately. The first time I had the kale salad it was stellar, second time it was just ok, but I think I'd just order extra dressing next time. Buffalo chicken Mac is great, roast chicken is very good and the Texas wings- although we're not sure what that means- are fantastic. They've made enough change that they're now our go to delivery, and we can overlook the minor inconsistencies.

This place is usually a really great spot to sit down and have lunch. I would highly recommend almost anything on the menu, but the food just didn't hold up after delivery. It took about a half hour longer than expected, and my sandwich was soggy. Bottom line- Go to the restaurant. Get delivery from somewhere else.

It's really good when you eat in at the restaurant, but the delivered food arrives subpar and the last time I ordered from there the guy just called me and left it on the door stop. Rude. Don't bother if you're not going to go there.

WHAT A SCAM!!!! I ordered a $9.50 turkey sandwich and it came with two thin slices of turkey! My company will never order from here again!

2.5 hour delivery for a cold and soggy burger and fries (obviously) and the girl answering the phone acted like I was being a jerk for wondering if there was a problem with my order, after I already left a big delivery tip... 'nough said

Great food. But something was missing in the order and took 15 minutes to reach them by phone. I'm keeping my mind open though. I've been a fan for a long time.

The food was good, but the delivery disasterous. Waited 1hr 15 min for a veggie burger so it was cold by then. The entire container was busted so sauce was everywhere. My coleslaw was missing, so I called to have that charge removed, which ended up not happening. I'll stick to dining in at this place. The food *is* still good.

I paid $12 for some Kale in a container with a small side of dressing and another with the nuts. I could have done this myself for less. It was good once I made it, though.
