Brooklyn Seoul

Hooray! At last, delicious Korean food in the neighborhood! The kimchi jigae was delish and same as you would find in K-town or Queens, the side of kimchi was perfectly ripe, and the spicy pork bento was really good and such a great deal (was psyched by the side of jap chae that it came with!) keep up the good work Brooklyn Seoul!

Reasons I'll never order from here, even though it's right around the corner - 1) The ramen was just spicy broth/water and spaghetti noodles. 2) The bun was filled with nasty coleslaw that you could get from a bodega. 3) The delivery guy tried to gouge me for more tip even though seamless does that automatically. I know and love Korean food, Brooklyn Seoul doesn't have it.

I get takeout and delivery from BK Seoul 3 times a week or so. I prefer the pork belly burritos, and the steamed dumplings. I have also enjoyed the bentos and bibimbap on many occasions. I agree with those that say that delivery can take a while, but I am lucky enough to just walk a few blocks over and get it myself.

When my food arrived 2 hours after I'd ordered it, my ramen noodle entree was missing the noodles. It was just broth. When I called, the person had the nerve to tell me the delivery person would run back with the noodles, rather than apologize and offer a refund. The appetizers I ordered were cold, greasy and inedible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Placed my order at 8.50. Called at 10.30 to find out where the order was and was told it was on it's way. Called again at 11.00 and was told they didn't have my order and that they were closed.

I've placed about three orders here over the past two weeks. The wings, kimchee soup, and baos are fantastic. The mixed rice can be hit or miss but it's still pretty great.

The delivery took over an hour, and my food was completely cold. The "create your own" rice bowl was great, but would have been better if it were hot! The bao and dumplings were mehhh.

So happy to have this place in the hood. Never had a problem with delivery. LOVE the ramen- delicious broth! Yummy dumplings too. Had the Korean chicken noodle soup when had a cold and it was amazing.

This place is really good. The Kimchee Fried Rice Balls are devilishly delicious. I didn't know what to expect when I ordered it, but I was pleased to find this insane mix of Italian, American, and Korean style/flavor. It's a small Italian rice ball filled with meat, cheese (or just sticky gluten), and kimchee! I'm only giving 4 out of 5 stars because the pork belly has been inconsistent. Most days it's soft and tender, but I've had it twice where the skin was a bit tough. When it's right it's right though - the pork belly burrito is my favorite.
