This will be the last time i order from here!!! Despte special instructions written in CAPS and repeated at least 5 times. thay said NO PICKLES..NO PICKLES.. (since my wife is allergic to pickles..they packed them in anyway. The food took the full 60 min to arrive, was semi-cold even though they are just 3 streets away. I thought i would try it a second time but clearly they are either too stupid to read the instructions or simply don't care about their customers orders and just ignore their requests...So long Jimmy..

Food was over an hour late, it was cold, french fries looked more like sloppy fries. They did not include any BBQ sauce. The food was dry and pretty tasteless. Will not order out from here again.

I dont normally do reviews but i had to on this one. My order came with no BBQ sauce with pulled pork and the portions are very small for the price. I'm highly disappointed.

Borderline inedible - honestly some of the worst food I've ever had in the city. Ordered a lean brisket sandwich, mac & cheese, baked beans, and rib tips. All of it was awful.

Delivered after 70 minute wait.. Sunday night with no big games going on.. from a few blocks away. Called after an hour, said food was sent out a while ago.. asked delivery guy when they gave him the food.. "5 minutes ago". Food was almost as bad as it is in the restaurant... and I'm half drunk. Never again.

Great food for a great price... Could have been warmer upon delivery, but nothing a quick nuke in the microwave can't fix. Great comfort food. Highly recommended.

Worst food ever. We ordered the fried chicken and beef tips on Saturday and both were practically inedible.

Food was very good. The beef brisket extremely flavorful...the only problem I had was I ordered the red velvet waffle and received a piece of Red Velvet cake. Had I known this was what I would receive I would never have ordered it in the first place....

The buffalo chicken sliders are quite good, and you get 5 sliders for a reasonable price. Most of the menu is above average. It wont be the best BBQ you've ever had, but it will be far from the worse. Overall, 3 stars.

The food is excellent. I'm a big fan of the fried chicken, the North Carolina Pulled Pork, and the pulled chicken. I'm giving them two stars because their delivery service is terrible. More than once I've called to complain because their delivery guy was very late, they did not included bbq sauce (i'm not kidding). They do not pay attention to special requests that you submit. I ask for hot sauce--they do not included hot sauce. I ask for different types of bbq sauc---they do not include it. But the WORST thing about their delivery service are the cheap containers that they put BBQ in. They are cheap tin with flimsy plastic top. THEY ARE NOT SEALED. Inevitably the entire bag is covered in grease. Do you think greasy bbq in an unsealed tray is going to leak all over a bag when a guy is riding it on his bicycle? Every. Time. It's crazy. But the food is good, so after a while I order it again...then I get get my greasy bag with stuff missing and don't order it for a while.

Terrible experience. They screwed up my order and then failed to change it or make restitution.

I ordered the Northern Style Ribs. The meat fell off the bone as advertised, but it was VERY tough and chewy. The big disappointment was the collard greens, which were perhaps the saltiest food I have ever eaten. The food was not horrible, but given that NYC offers so many other options, I doubt I will give BJ's a second chance.

Food was great. Delivery was quick (of most of the food). However, they didn't deliver either side item I ordered even after I called a second time and they said they would bring it.
