Bully's

Ordered spicy chicken, got a turkey cold cut. Called to tell them I got turkey. He told me I had spicy chicken. I told him I ordered the exact same thing a week ago and got a completely different sandwich. He told me the order is right. Bully's, you are now the third to join my list of blacklisted restaurants.

I made order number 346933413. I called then 2 times around 1:20AM 3/21/2013 to get Pepsi instead of Iced tea and whoever answer the phone hang up 2 times saying I do not have time for that. I asked him at the 3rd time if you hang up or the call disconnected he confirmed that he hang up! I informed him that I will make a complaint to seamless and/or his management thus I asked for his name to include it, he refused to give his name and hang up again! I order from Bully's almost 3 to 4 times a week and this guy is very rude! I would appreciate if you investigate that and send me complaint number so I trace that, thank you.

I am sure the fries at Bullys are 10/10 when you are there. but we were not there. my suggestion for those ordering out would be to make these things extra crispy. great portions, quality is excellente, would make a great drunk snack or breakfast. dont get the sweet ones. i apologize to the delivery man for my unexpected appearance. also timing of delivery could have been better. --Fry entusiasts

I was ordering a quick breakfast and picked Bully's since it said it would deliver in 15-30 minutes. After over an hour and 2 phone calls my food still did not arrive, and the person on the phone acted like it was out of his control. i advise you not to order from Bully's if you would like prompt service, and do not trust their time delivery indicator.

Bully's is a wild card, it deem it a success when at least one ingredient I ordered and paid for made it on the dish. Their only plus is they are open when nothing else is: order from them only when you're drunk.

Bully's has yet to disappoint me, from their salads to their burgers to their scrumptious "no calories - lies! lies! lies!" desert menu. My constant go to for a late night craving, grab n go breakfast or a lounging lunch. Favorite item? Curly mozzarella cheese friends with gravy!!

Hate to write a bad review, but after ordering from Bully's a number of times, I can tell you that the delivery time is way off. On my end it says 15-30 minutes and they always deliver 35-40 minutes, never earlier. This time, however, an entire hour after I ordered my food, I had to call them and they hadn't even sent someone out yet. I'll give them another shot because all of the food I've ordered has been really good, but I'm going to stop tipping generously for service I'm not receiving.

It took 2 hours for Bully's to deliever my order of just snacks that simply needed to be taken off the shelf and put in a bag.

They are always late. They're just always late. I personally will give places some leeway past their own estimated delivery time, but (as I write this) we're a half-hour late and counting. I called and they told me they "forgot" my order. I asked for a refund or discount and they said no. All they would do is cancel my order. Again, I have to stress, if you order from Bully's, assume the order will come much, much later than they say it will. Frankly, though, I recommend not ordering from them at all.

After not receiving a drink in my delivery, I called Bully's and they said they would send it over right away... fast forward 1 hour later. I called them again and asked to just have my money refunded to which they assured me they would. When I checked my credit card statement, they charged me anyway! It might not have been a lot of money, but the fact that I had to basically harass them and they STILL charged me for something I did not receive is UNACCEPTABLE.
