Burger Heaven (53rd St.)

Burgers are not very good, they don't include things you as for (Mayo), and the delivery guy behaves like a snob when you tip him. Terrible place. Not to mention you pay for a diet coke and they deliver a fountain drink in a plastic cup. How cheap can you be for what you charge?

would have been great, but by the time it arrived, it was soggy, fries were limp. burger tasted great, but too much time waiting. would have been better if i walked over and picked it up; maybe.

I had a really good experience. There was a phone snafu where their calls to me didn't come thru on phone. Only after I called did AT&T push them thru. That was NOT BH's fault. The guy on phone was very cool. They cooked up a fresh order and milkshake and brought it out. Everything was tasty. Burger didn't blow me away, but it was very good. The milkshake also hit the spot. Their being cool around a problem they didn't create won me over and I'll order again.

This was one of the worst meals that we've eaten. Ever. The french fries were completely cold and tasteless -- no amount of time in the oven could resurrect them. The pickles were limp and too sugary. I had a patty melt burger that was 5 on a scale of 10. My boyfriend had a regular cheeseburger that he said was about a 2 on a scale of 10 (I think I was much hungrier)! We ordered a ginger ale that came in a plastic cup -- I guess we need to take it s a lesson learned that unless a can is specifically mentioned, we can expect flat, watery drinks if we were ever to become so desperate that we ignore the many other restaurants in the area and hit up Burger Heaven(?!?!?) again. Horrible food, most of which was inedible. I wish I could give this zero stars.

Burger overcooked. Fries soggy and dripping with grease. Gave them a second chance and it was just as bad or worse. Burger patty was not properly and it crumbled into ground beef as I ate it. It looked so disgusting, that I couldn't eat anymore.

I ordered the low carb salad with a turkey burger. This salad is huge and filling. It's absolutely delicious!

Very good restaurant, a solid standby. Not fancy, but they make a good salad, burger, etc. Prompt delivery.

Pickle on a burger? No, only spears. Ketchup and Mustard on a burger? No, in packets. $4.55 for cold slaw and sweet potato fries... well, the cold slaw is complementary, was forgotten out of the order, and was tiny in size. The sweet potato fries WERE NOT worth the extra $4.55. This wasn't burger heaven... it was more like burger HADES!!!

Ordered an omelette this morning and found a small metal shard in my eggs. Luckily I felt it in my mouth before swallowing it but this is unacceptable. Like this place alot but will think twice before ordering again

Staff is always helpful and nice, and the delivery is usually pretty quick. My only complaint, I suppose, would be that it's a tad greasy, but then, what diner food isn't?

Food is fine. Just received delivery and messenger was a little rude asking "where were you" when he just called 2 minutes ago.....after picking up the food I got back to my desk and there was a message from the restaurant on my voice mail....my god...can you wait for me to leave the desk, walk to the elevator, wait for the elevator, and come down 22 flights before calling 2-3 times....jeez......
