Burrito Loco

I ordered the Burrito Loco here and was pleasantly surprised considering how awful other nearby establishments with better ratings were. This was by far better than Benny's Burritos. I avoided this place for a while due to its poor rating but I should have actually gone here first.

Order the Burrito Loco,Burrito Ranchero or Burrito Poblano and you really can't go wrong. Good guac and sangria as well.

Loved the Burrito Publano. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was very pleased with the freshness of the product and the speed of deliver.

For my location, it says 30-45 min. I went to the lobby of my building 37 min from the time I ordered(I have no reception on my cell and figured coming at this time would be fair b/c he would wait at most 7 min and I would wait at most 8). The delivery guy was not there and I got one voicemail from him telling me to come down. I then waited for 15 min thinking he was on his way but when I called the restaurant, they said "he called 4 times and you weren't there". Ok fine, I see how that would be annoying, but he couldn't wait 10 full minutes? I asked them to bring the food back(another 10 min) and I waited in the lobby this time. Once I got the call the delivery guy was rude saying he was there but I wasn't. He then told me to come out side (40 degrees F out side and I dont have a coat). I look around and cant find him. I then see him leaning on the side of the building facing away from the entrance(which is all glass and I would have been visible if he looked towards building) and out of sight from anyone waiting in the building. I asked him if he was in this spot before and said yes which would explain why I didn't see him. My food was cold, and I only had a microwave to heat food but it was in metal so I just ate my mushy burrito. Very unprofessional and lazy...I would only find this understandable if he had a bike he was watching and didnt want to get stolen but he didn't. 2 stars b/c they gave me a bag of tortilla chips and salsa which was unexpected.

WORST Delivery / Food I have ordered in 6 months here... I ordered this a few months back and it was pretty awful, but I was hoping that if I gave them another chance it might have been circumstantial (the first time). The nachos come in a brown paper bag with cold, congealed topping in a metal container, the quesedilia is just in fact a small soggy piece of bread (half the size of a normal one), and of course, they twice have forgotten my drink. I wouldn't be so upset except that the prices are outrageously high ($2.50 for a can of coke, etc...) ... I am not one to right many reviews, but this place deserves the 1 star. Beware.

An order of nachos means 6 chips. That's not a joke. You read it right. Also, everything is soggy and disgusting when it arrives.

The highlight of the meal were the pork tacos. They were nice and packed with pork. The rest was crap. $12 for guacamole and it was a quarter of a container and hardly any avocado! Made up mostly of cilantro and tomato. Real really bad. It is always disturbing when a mexican place can stuff up guacamole.. Also we ordered chicken fajitas and received steak. We asked for lettuce for our fajitas and at least they got that part right but all in all a pretty disapointing experience. Go elsewhere for Mexican!
