Cafe Amore's Pizzeria Ristorante (Chambers Street)

My girlfriend and I order from Cafe Amore all the time because we love their 12'' margherita pizzette. We had a lot of people over after the Giants superbowl parade and placed a very large order with them. Even though the neighborhood was very busy, they still delivered in a timely fashion. Everyone agreed the pizza and wings were amazing. I see the bad reviews are all from over 4 months ago, so maybe they have new management now? We've been ordering from them consistently for about 2 months now and have never been dissatisfied.

Ordered a medium cheese pizza. Took one hour and ten minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was warm-ish and the bottom was burned. Will not be ordering from here again.

I happen to love Eggplant Parm generally and their's is pretty good, BUT the reviews are VERY ACCURATE about DELIVERY TIME. It took an hour and 15 minutes for my first delivery. I tried the restaurant again a second time and this order is taking AN HOUR AND A HALF. And so, I can't say anything bad about the food so far, but the DELIVERY TIME is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING especially because I haven't eaten all day!

Extremely disappointed with the delivery. Waited 2 1/2 hours for our order. Establishment never contacted us to inform us of their backup. When we inquire numerous times about the order, they kept saying "it's on it's way." Awful customer service.

Absolutely horrible. The food was 20 minutes late. The fried calamari came without marinara sauce. And the pizza was obviously cold. I called to check on the order and girl said I should understand because they have a lot of deliveries. No apology. Not ordering from here again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Our order took more than double the 45 minute estimate to arrive. We called and were told food was on its way and the manager had "stepped out". They were rude on further calls and refused to put the manager on (despite us hearing him berate the staff in the background). AND they spammed our floor with menus to boot. NEVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN.

Best personal pizza in the area! Always deliver in a timely fashion and have great customer service. I've ordered from them many times in the last few months and have always been pleased with my order.

Delivery took over an hour and I then receive a call saying delivery man was outside and turned back when no one came to pick up the order. The thing is no one called to say someone was actually downstairs.

Seriously!!! Completely failed at delivery, didn't check before leaving where to go, then they couldn't understand plain english when getting further information (never had an issue with any other place previously!) Will NEVER order from here again! Over an hour and a half later - I still do not have my food!

This restaurant is so bad. Quite salty food, being late for delievery. When I tried to eat food, I couldn't eat because it's too salty. Maybe no one can eat it. I wasted my money for ordering this restaurant.

Pizza dough is tasteless. Cheese and other ingredients where OK. Had been dropped before it got here so cheese was everywhere BUT on the pizza. Either way... not the best by any means. Left off all sauces i had asked and paid for.
