Cafe BASIL

The food came fast, but it was inedible. Maybe it's my fault for ordering sushi from a restaurant named Cafe Basil, but I couldn't even eat it. Went straight into the trash. I chose this place because of the fast delivery time but it was not worth it. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else!

I ordered 2 eggs over easy with home fries and toast. The eggs were fine. the home fries were decent but the toast was unbuttered, stale and didn't even taste like toast ... YUCK! will not be ordering from this place again

My food was estimated to arrive 10-25 mins after I placed the order on my phone using the app. It didn't arrive until an hour later. Not happy. Also too much parsley in the pasta and not enough sauce for the penne vodka. Not worth the wait.

I ordered a large flavored coffee and they gave me a medium flavored ice coffee, and this is AFTER they called to double check the order. My bacon egg and cheese was cold by the time it got here. Disappointing.

Not worth it. Meal should come with home fries and they substituted with french fries without even calling. Toast was hard as a rock. paid for a side of bacon and they added cut up pieces in the omelette itself. will never order again.

AWFUl. Food is never fresh and they falsely advertise delivery times on seamless web. They advertise that they deliver in 10-25 mins but it took an hour and a half to get my order and please note I live 10 blocks away.. Never ordering from here again.

My office is approximtely a 7 minute walk from their locatoin. They listed their estimated delivery time @ 10-25 minutes. On a sunday, my food food arrived an hour and a half after I ordered it. Dreadful service and they actually got my order wrong after waiting all that time. I will not be ordering from this place again

Took way longer than the estimate. I had to call to verify the order. They hadn't even started it. Then they told me they didn't have any salmon avacado rolls left, and refused refund the purchase, so I had to choose something else that I didn't want. Will not order again.
