Cafe Bravo - Pomodoro Pizza - Planet Gyro

Great hours. Great selection. Decent food. Fast Delivery. A reliable stand-by. The only complaint would be that the Pizza is no longer available overnight. They close the pizza ovens down (and send their pizza makers home) at around 10 or 11 p.m. I used to order post-bar pizza to my apartment at 4 a.m. This is no longer possible but you can still get a decent sandwich or salad at that hour.

Cafe Bravo used to be one of my favorites, but last time they delivered 1 hour after I placed the order. I even called the restaurant to know if everything was ok and they lied to me! They said the delivery guy had been waiting in my building for 20 minutes and that wasn't true! Besides, I ordered 2 salads which were supposed to have some ingredients that they actually didn't have. So this is no longer my favorite!

They didn't have ANY of what I desired available that day. I was really excited to have quiche and was QUITE disappointed at what was given. It tasted old and overcooked, with a side of rubber-taste. The sweet crunchy cannoli ended up being flimsy sweetness. The only good thing about this was the service. The delivery guy was nice. Must do better Cafe Bravo. :(

Super fast delivery always, and such a good beef gyro!! They also always listen when I ask to make the fries well done, or add an extra sauce or veggies, etc. I order from here all the time...

OMG! It is 2:30 am and I stated very CLEARLY in my order that he was supposed to call my cell when he arrived. Not only did he ring the buzzer but we woke up all my roommates when he rang the doorbell. I will never order late night Pomodoro Pizza again!! AND there were no FRENCH FRIES in the gyro. Hello? WHAT DID I ORDER?!?!

Great food! The chicken noodle soup was exactly what I was hoping to find on a cold and rainy day. The personal pizza was high quality (I ordered the Crazy Horse) and generous in size. Delivery was fast. I will be ordering from this place again!

Very Disappointing Lunch. I ordered the Penne Alla Vodka w/grilled chicken and mixed vegetables as stated on their menu as today's special. I placed the order at 1:23p for "ASAP" pickup. When I arrived at 1:45, the girl at the register didn't have an order for me so she asked the guy serving the food and he at first also didn't seem to know what order I was referring to. First he asked if I called in the order which then I told the man I ordered online the penne alla vodka. He didn't seem to know what I was talking about but then proceeded to prepare my lunch while I waited. He filled up a bowl with the already prepared pasta that was sitting out..no chicken and no vegatables. When I asked him "Doesn't it come with grilled chicken and mixed vegetables?" he replied no. I then informed him that I paid for the "lunch special" and it was supposed to come with "grilled chicken and mixed vegetables". It was obvious that they never received my order but I'm not sure if that's due to their own neglegence and disorganization or the fault of Seamless. Either way the guy then proceeded to grab a couple pieces of whole grilled chicken from the bin next to the pasta and pile it on top. I had to ask him to cut up the chicken for me as I thought I had ordered it together. He did so kindly and then threw some string beans (mixed vegetables) on top. He threw the container in the microwave and gave it to me. Needless to say I wasn't happy about what had just transpired but I was too hungry and too short on time to try and find something else especially since I already paid for this lunch. Well the string beans were terribly salty and I couldn't eat them. It tasted like I was pouring salt in my mouth with each bite. The vodka sauce on the pasta wasn't very favorful..tasted as if it had been watered down in addition to the fact that it was stale and chewy. The chicken was actually the best part of the whole lunch. I didn't enjoy this lunch at all but 2 stars bc the staff was nice!
