Cafe Bravo (Broadway)

Terrible service! Waiting for delivery more then one hour . Order salad with tuna and fiend there pice of chicken and tuna! lol

Keep in mind that when people actually take the time to review something on seamless web, it is primarily because they want to complain. Every restaurant and I mean every restaurant, especially ones that have high volume lunch orders in the Wall street area, make mistakes from time to time. It always amuses me when people order from a place one time, have a bad experience and come online to berate the business and declare it the "worst ever" and that they will "never again" order from the place. I have ordered from Cafe Bravo a bunch of times and I am always shocked at how fast they get my order to me. Their sandwich selection is very creative and it is nice to see some creativity in their menu, when most sandwich places stick to the standard fare. The Tequila Lime Chicken sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. I just love it. Cafe Bravo is a great lunch option downtown. I highly recommend it and I urge you not to let some of these negative reviews deter you. Remember that there are probably way more people out there who have perfectly pleasant experiences with Cafe Bravo who just haven't taken the time to write a bitter review. They were too busy enjoying the excellent food. I don't work for Cafe Bravo but I get annoyed when people trash a place without giving it a fair shake. Ordering from a place once and having a bad experience isn't a pattern. It is too small a sample size to say "this place is terrible." I've ordered from here many times. It isn't terrible.

Not sure why they have bad ratings. Good food, delivered quick, if there are any problems they solve it. I order from these guys daily.

Tried to rate "0" stars but not an option. Worst service ever experienced for a delivery order. They forgot a small part of a large order, and when I called them immediately to let them know of the simple omission, they proceeded to argue with me. They told me I was wrong and that if I just looked at the order sheet, I would see that I hadn't ordered what I claimed to be missing. Of course, I was looking at the order sheet, and knew exactly what was missing. They put me on hold for 20 minutes, asked me three times what was missing, then denied it every time. Worse, they put the phone down without muting it and I heard them discussing for about 10 minutes why I was lying and what I could actually be missing, if anything. In the end, they finally sent the missing item over, with no apology for my wasted time or attempt to make up for the poor service, as if they assumed that I was indeed lying. Yes, my goal for a $120 order on a saturday while working is clearly to squeeze a free sandwich out of a little corner cafe....will never make that mistake again.

Ordered a chicken caesar salad for 7.45 and when it arrived it only filled half the container. Called to complain as this should be a reasonable size salad for almost $8 and they would not compensate by bringing another salad or giving a refund. Completely disatisfied!!

Absolutely terrible service. Forgot about my order, had to wait 1 hour, called them. They then tried to lie to me saying the food had been delivered. Once it finally arrived, my drinking was missing.
