Even if my food is mediocre, I never usually take the time to write a review, but Cafe Daniello's was so unappetizing that I feel the need to share. I ordered Chicken Marsala, and the delivery came rather quickly, but the food was lukewarm and just... odd. The chicken had some sort of thick breaded coating, and the sauce was gross. It didn't taste anything like Marsala, and I threw more than half of it away. Complete and total waste of money.

Ordered Two Grandma slices which were okay. Large Neopolitan was burned on the bottom. Not really edible. First experience with Cafe Daniello's, but likely my last as well. Too many other good Pizza places on the EES.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Cafe Daniello and as much as I want to like their pizza, their delivery service and execution is awful. Each time, the pizza has been all on one side of the box with cheese all over the box - cover, sides...though barely on all slices of the pizza. Gave a 2nd chance and they failed again.

I just wanted to express my extreme disapproval about the order at Cafe Daniello's in NY, NY. I ordered linguine with mussels marinara, and there were a number of issues with the order: 1. The order arrived quite a bit after the estimated time 2. My food spilled in the bag and was leaking out 3. I received no pasta at all with my order. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and if the owners of Cafe Daniello's read this. You need to do something about your service, ASAP.

Overcooked pasta, bland sauce, they used regular bacon instead of pancetta. I won't be ordering from here again.

The gluten free pizza should be renamed: "make it yourself"! All the toppings came in the box... They were just not on the pizza! Looks like it had a really bumpy ride, had to scoop everything back on the base. Had to laugh at the situation but seriously don't order from there - it's not worth it.

great good, but the utensils that are given with take out make it impossible to cut the chicken/veal/etc and thus difficult to eat

We ordered a meatball hero and a chicken parm hero. The bread for both was soggy but burned from being toasted too long. The chicken was OK but overly breaded. The meatballs were not very good. They had hardly any cheese on them, too. Sauce was eh. Never ordering again.

Delivery was quick but food was awful. $8 for 6 mozzarella sticks that taste like I could have bought at the grocery store freezer section. Italian hero tasted off but my bf ate it bc we had just spent $25. I wanted pasta fagioli so I was expecting soup with beans, pasta, and some meat but what I got was a stracciatella soup. I've never had that before so I don't have anything to compare it to but I couldn't even eat it. It just seemed like a greasy broth that they threw a few pieces of pasta and carrots into. All of this came with burnt stale bread!

The Gluten Free pizza is awesome! Delivery was at my office in 35 minutes, which on a normal day is maybe a touch slow, but for just having had the hurricane, I have no issues with at all. Pizza tasted like regular pizza! Finally there's no potato or rice after taste. It's also larger than some of the other personal gluten free pizza's I've ordered from restaurants before. I will definitely be ordering this from them again!

I've ordered a few times and they're very quick and the delivery guy is really nice. The ziti is great, but I ordered the chicken francese today and it was full of red pepper flakes, which totally ruined the dish for me. Would've been great were it not for the pepper. Never had a spicy chicken francese before, and I hope I never do again. Will still order from here, but now I know what NOT to get!
