Cafe Frida Amsterdam

We used to really enjoy Cafe Frida - but after a recent order (on our friend's account) we were sorely disappointed. It appears that the portions have been reduced - the food was also not fresh at all. We had recommended it to our friends and were honestly embarrassed once we saw the food that had arrived! :-(

I can't rate the food, because the service was too appalling. One item was not available, so they called me and told me to call Seamless and cancel my order. I won't be ordering from Cafe Frida again, until the sting of this episode fades, and I've forgotten the jolt.

Everything is amazing at Cafe Frida. I very much like going to this Frida's for their wonderful happy hour with "better priced" drinks and cheap and delicious 2$ Taco's. Their delivery is prompt and amazingly well packed. Heirloom Tupperware! I am particularly fond of the Beans & Rice, Taco's de Pescado and I love their Corn!

Avoid! Order took over 90 minutes. Food was cold and soggy. Customer service non existent.

The food is always good. However, the last two times I ordered the delivery took an hour or just over an hour. My most recent order arrived incomplete and cold (not a cold day). I called the restaurant and all they said was they would let the delivery person know. Guacamole isn't much without chips or tortillas.

The food is tasty and good but the portions are waaaaaay to small for the price you pay. We just ordered the fillet mignon fajitas and paid close to $40 for it and it could barely feed the two of us, and we are NOT big eaters. Perhaps they should increase the additions like rice and beans and add a guacamole to justify the big price you pay for the meat. There are other good mexican restaurants in the area and less expensive, so I don't think we will be ordering from here again.

I love this place! They are a little expensive, but the food is so good. I could order from them every day. I love the sopa azteca and they have delicious, fresh guacamole. Also, they are really quick with delivery. If you haven't eaten in the restaurant, you should go there for a nice dinner out! It's great!!

Food was ok, delivery was not, either they didn't pack the food properly or the delivery man didn't take care when carrying it, since half the food had spilled out of one of the containers. Doubt I'll order from here again.

Food was decent but a little too fat for me so I probably won't reorder from them. Also, the portions were smaller than I would have expected for the price and the area. I'd recommend the Elote Asado, that probably was the best part of my meal :) Delivery wasn't slow nor fast

Good food. A little pricey. They messed up my order once, but were really good about giving me a refund on the items they didn't provide as ordered. I order from here once a week or so.

The delivery was exactly on time and the food was hot and delicious. Chicken and beef were both tender and well spiced (not hot). The portions are very generous (more than 1 person can eat). I will definitely order from here again.
