No Show, No Apologies After placing an order for a sandwich and a salad at 11:45am for a 1:00pm delivery food had not arrived at 2:00pm. I called the Cafe and someone picked up the and told be that the food would be delivered shortly. Well by 3:00pm nothing had been delivered so I called and cancelled the order the person on the phone was nice but did seem to really care at all no apologies no geez I'm sorry nothing. Will never order from these guys ever again.

HORRIBLE service. I waited 1 hour for my food, called to hear they never got my order because of fax paper issues. Complete BS. Time before that, completely forgot an item I ordered. Never ordering here again.

They are very nice people, and the food can be quite good, but they seem to mess up the details on orders. My last 2 orders had something wrong with them, either not the size of meal I ordered (I got a large pizza rather than a small, so couldn't really complain), or the item (ordered one flavor of cookie, got another). Generally quite a good place, but flaky on order handling, in my experience.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a roll, they sent over a messy egg sandwich on an english muffin. Not what I ordered. Will never order from here again - very simple order (one sandwich and one coffee drink)- I expect it to be correct.

Food is fine. They just give you whatever they have - regardless of what you ordered, without calling. I ordered a banana-walnut loaf. they brought me carrot cake and a muffin. I got half the condiments on a sandwich that i asked for.

If you order dressing on the side with your salad, you should put in big block letters "DON'T FORGET THE DRESSING". Twice already these idiots left it out of the order and I had to call to get them to send it.

I ordered cinnamin french toast and eggs with turkey sausage (extra $). The french toast had no cinnamin and the sausage was a cut up HOT DOG!!!

OK so tried to order a Turkey/Bacon/Avocado sandwich, and they had some options - I selected foccacia and EVOO. And I got soggy white bread and heaps of mayonnaise. So I called, and the woman said she'd send me a revised sandwich. They sent me a sub roll with oil and vinegar. Sorry but sub rolls and foccacia are very different breads and I don't know who in their right mind wants avocado with vinegar. Wasn't all this discussed clearly over the phone? Paid $ for two nasty sandwiches that are unbearable to eat. Awesome. Why is it so difficult if it's all listed out so simply and clearly on the order confirmation? Oh, and what's typical, and expected, is the complete stinginess of the bacon/avocado and charging extra for it, of course. So hungry right now.
