The best food, the fastest delivery time and the friendliest people! The food is always fresh and arrives hot! Most importantly, the coffee never spills all over the rest of the food in the bag due to their great packing job! Keep up the good work Cafe Medina! Highly recommended!!!

The website clearly states breakfast is served till 11:30am. I placed my order at 11:20am. I get a call saying they are no longer making breakfast. When I ask why, I am told "They have already cleaned up". My question is, why do you advertise 11:30am if you are not willing to do it. Does 11;30 actually mean 11:15 or are they just too lazy?

Horrible. I was told 30-45 minutes for my delivery. After 1 hour and 20 minutes we called twice and the person who answered the phone told us the deliverable had arrive when in fact it had not. We called back again and were put on hold to never get an answer.

Order arrived late. Omelette was decent, banana nut muffin probably had a total of 3 walnut pieces in it. Disappointing overall.

My office is 4 blocks away and I was given the 30-45 min. time frame. It took 1 hour to get my food and even when i called i was not given any sort of apology or explanation. I will not be ordering food from here again.

Dependable, with plenty of delicious choices for sandwiches and salads. Usually their quality is top notch. They do get VERY busy during the lunch hour - 45-60minute delivery times and more are not unusual between 1-2 pm, and especially if it's raining out.

During our crucial busy season, ordered lunch for the office from them for the second time (because the first time was decent since they got all of the orders correct) On a specific order that boldly requested absolutely NO mustard, extra avocados, and red onions, there were in fact no avocados, regular onions and extra mustard. Additional requests for specific breads, soup sizes, dressings on side, etc. were no met, yet charged. Also took a very long time to arrive (over 1.5 hrs) considering they are just 5 blocks away. For all that time, the orders should have at least been correct instead of upsetting to our workers. Will not be using their services anymore as attention to detail is crucial for those with allergies, especially when catering for a whole office. And timeliness is the least to be expected from an establishment that aims to maintain customers regularly placing pricey orders. Also annoyed that each time they gave me trouble to keep the receipt.

Waited an hour, when I called the host said he never confirmed the order which is impossible because I got a confirmation email. Must call to confirm your order over the phone.

Great food all around! Salads are much better when you go there. Delivery was not as good and takes a very long time! Great alternative to a deli though and many options!
