Cafe Metro (60th Street)

I would rate it NO STARS because I couldn't tell you how their food is because they never made my food. I had to call nearly an hour and a half after I placed my order to find out they NEVER made my sandwich. I was placed on hold so many times and for a total of almost 10 minutes just for them to realize this. I could've ordered something else while on hold with them. Requested a refund. Never calling them again!!!!!

don't order two salads on the same order - you will get some combination of both - we ordered two and I ended up with the other person's beans, eggs and croutons . . .

The salad came quickly and the ingredients were fresh, but the salad was totally different from the one that I had ordered. If you dont have the ingredients I ordered in the kitchen, then don't have them up on seamless, or call me once I've placed my order, instead of just randomly deciding what to add and subtract.

salad seems ok, thats hard to mess up though. I don't know what I was thinking doing a create your own pasta someplace like this, I shouldn't have expected anything great, but the noodles cooked way too much, the carmelized onions are just raw white onions and the shrimp are creepy. don't reccomend this.

I ordered the lunch combo with a small soup/ Half sandwich and small salad with zesty ranch dressing. The sandwich was prociutto/ mozz/ basil with roasted red pepper aoili. Prociutto was horrible and old, seems like a sandwich that was made yesterday or this morning so the "aioli " saturated the bread ( tasted like mayo with chipotle..not an aioli by any means) Small salad was fine but how can you mess up plain greens and veggies? They ran out of the corn/ crab soup so they called me back to sub a fresh squeezed lemonade, whomever made it must be a diabetic because the amount of sugar in it almost put me in a coma. Won't be ordering from here again, Staff (Phone girl/ Delivery guy) was really friendly on the plus side and I received my delivery in 35 minutes.
