Tried them because of the 20% off...and regret it. Didn't like the soup...and the sandwich wasn't all that good either. Won't visit again. (Why does my broccoli cheddar smell and taste of pumpking?)

The make your own sandwich deal with the 20% deal special that they have some times = a pretty good deal in midtown. I went to pick it up about 20 minutes after I ordered... the quoted time was 10 to 15 minutes. I still had to wait about 10 minutes after I got there, so I took off a star for that.

OK, I have to write this. I work upstairs hence this place is my usual lunch spot given the varieties of choices. Today I ordered a pickup at 12:01pm, went down to get my food at 12:20pm. They didn't find my order. asked my info and went back to the door and said they would double check my order than they'll make the food. I waited 20 mins and then they presented me an order confirmation showing I ordered a Delivery at 12:45pm. No sorry, nothing, I got my chicken salard 45 mins after i submitted my order without any apology but a cover up. Will not return again.
