BE WARY OF THIS PLACE... trend has a website as well as the ability to order via seamless, the man who owns the place is a crook, I ordered one day a prosciutto di parma sandwich via seamless and got one price and the next day when i called the order in and picked it up was charged over 2 dollars more for the same sandwich, when i told the owner at the register how can something i order a day later be 2 dollars more expensive he gave a blatantly dishonest answer by saying how the online price do not reflect the current prices... outright lie... been working around the corner for nearly 5 years and getting lunch there, haven't been back since, its not necessarily the 2 dollars, its more the principle that people shouldn't do business with such dishonest proprietors.

There are lots of gourmet style delis in Midtown so its hard to stand out. Cafe Trend is one of the few that stands out. Their food quality is consistant and delivery is fast. They are always a stand in for the days that i'm not sure what i want as i know they will have a large selection of specials and their consistency wont have me disappointed or hungry.

Everything they do - they do well. Chicken fingers and fries are best in the city. Great service...everyone in our office loves them
