California Pizza Kitchen (Park Ave)

Don't order when it's raining. I didn't mind waiting over an hour as expected. But the 3 pizzas were not only burnt but wet from the rain (soggy pizza) and looked unappetizing. Also ridiculously over priced. Never again. Very disappointed. I would give 0 stars if it were available.

Delivery time was as indicated on the order, and the service was friendly. I ordered their chicken piccata pasta and the wedge appetizer. The food was rather mediocre, especially for the price. I cannot recommend ordering their pastas. Maybe their pizzas would be better.

Takes on the longer side of the delivery estimate and arrived almost cold but is exactly how CPK should taste. The BBQ Chicken Pizza is amazing.

never made delivery. Gave an excuse thqt building didn't have my apartment number.. Doorman never saw anyone from Californis pizza kitchen. Never again. First time in 4 months a seamless order did not get delivered

Took over 1 1/2 hours and the pizza arrived rock hard and cold. Inedible. The pasta was dried out into a clump. They sent another pizza (2 1/2 hours after the original order) which arrived lukewarm. NEVER AGAIN.

I can literally see the place from my apartment. So after waiting over an hour, the pizza arrived ot cold but ICE COLD. It would have been faster and warmer had it actually come from California.

Food is just average. The min delivery amount is too high. It is very hard to order using the corporate allowance.

Seamless delivery from CPK is always great! Takes a long time (60 - 75 minutes), but that is always their estimate so there are no surprises. Food arrives at the right temperature and always fresh. I will continue ordering from CPK frequently.

Really disappointing. I have a CPK near my house at home that's always great so I was thrilled to order from the one in NYC. It took an hour and fifty minutes to get my food (I was told 60-75 mins) and after calling the restaurant once it arrived barely lukewarm.

Its been 2 hours and I'm still waiting on the food. My estimate was 60-75 minutes. I live less than 10 blocks away. I've called twice and had to suggest to the manager that he call the delivery man. Horrible customer service thus far. I doubt the food can make up for it.
