horrible customer service. i would never order from this place again. they delivered the wrong food and when i called to ask for a partial refund, the lady hung up on me.

Slow delivery (I once waited 2 hours for an order!) and mediocre food. I recently placed an order requesting a delivery time of 8pm. The delivery guy showed up at 7:20, called 4 times in a row (I was at the gym not expecting his call) and immediately left. After calling back less than 5 minutes later, they refused to come back and drop the food off. I used to order once a week and leave a generous tip. Not anymore..

Seamlessweb read 30 to 45 mins for delivery but Cappy's took over an hour and a half... when we called the restaurant to check on the delivery Cappy's told us to deal with Seamlessweb and that it wasn't their problem. We will not be ordering from Cappy's again.

Came to Boston to visit a friend -- I use SeamlessWeb in New York and was really excited to see it here, too. Food from Cappy's came on time -- lots of cheese on the pizza (always a good thing). We ordered the honey fried dough balls because we didn't know what they were and really enjoyed them! Great portion sizes -- we were surprised how big the small pizza was! Thanks, Cappy's!
