Carl's Steaks - Philly Cheesesteaks

Who could ever hate delicious, made-to-order Philly cheesesteaks. Their fries and onion rings are always crisp, even late not. They're open late and the food doesn't suffer from it at all like some other places where late night food is just leftover from earlier. They make everything fresh and its clear by the quality.

I've ordered here for years from several locations and I've never had any problems with delivery. Carl's is still the best cheesesteak I've had from seamless.

VERY disappointed. I used to live near Carl's and ordered from them all the time. So I was excited when I was somewhere in their delivery area for dinner. However, the delivery took 1.5 hours (estimated was 30-45 minutes), the food arrived cold, and parts of the order were incorrect. Carl's cheesesteaks are delicious fresh right off the fryer...not so delicious when cold and on soggy bread. Guess I will stick to visiting in person when in the neighborhood.

food's good...if it ever shows up. time estimates don't mean anything, and then if you call to find out where your food is it apparently comes to you COLD and flattened, like the delivery guy used your cheesesteak as a bike seat.

awful. will NEVER order again from this place. the delivery was fine, the guy was actually really nice. the food was disgusting. i ordered the steak in a plate... well i was sick for two days, couldn't hold any food down. be careful ordering. shame on being known for something you can't even send fresh or perfect.

seriously, their cheesesteaks are gross. maybe it's different if you eat at the restaurant, but it came cold, very little cheese, weird large stringy pieces of meat and worst of all super dry. if you're going to eat something that dry with a lack of taste, eat a turkey burger on a bun with no toppings and save the calories.

I've been too philly & noone can beat their cheesesteaks, but Carl's comes pretty close. I really enjoyed my cheesteak, and you will too!

Only order from Carl's if you enjoy being tortured by the worst delivery service ever! Like the reviewers before me, I waited way longer than their delivery timeframe. Prior to my most recent order, I once waited two hours for my food to be delivered. Wanting to believe that they just had an unusually busy day, I ordered again thinking that I caught them on a bad day. But, nope! There was ultimately no redemption and these reviews clearly show it. Will not be ordering from here again.

Probably the single worst delivery experience I've ever had. I ordered a simple cheesesteak sandwich and a water and waited an hour. Delivery man calls me and immediately hangs up. So I go downstairs and wait for him and he never shows. I go back upstairs and I've got ten missed calls from the same guy. I call him back, no answer. I go back downstairs, still no delivery guy. I go back up, call Carl's and they tell me he'll come back. 45 minutes later, delivery guy still hasn't called. I call Carl's again. They say it's taking long because they made me a brand new sandwich. Delivery guy finally arrives two hours after my initial order with the soggiest, most disgusting cheesesteak I've ever had in my life.

Fries were cold on delivery; Steak was tough and stringy, not very tasty. I f you know what a Philly Cheesesteak tastes like, you will be mighty disappointed

my fries and sandwich were soggy, the steak was bland and flavorless. ordered extra mushrooms and did not receive it despite being charged for it.
