Carroll Gardens Classic Diner

I have been ordering from this diner for the past 10 years. NOT ANYMORE. It's not the food, but the horrible customer service and even worse attitude. I ordered the Meatloaf Meal which says it comes with Potatoes, Vegetable AND Soup or Salad. When my meal arrived it was missing the potatoes. So I called to inform the diner. The guy who answered the phone said I didn't ask for the potatoes. I explained that the meal comes with potatoes and there was no where in the ordering process where it asks me. He basically said sorry because you didn't specify you didn't get them. He refused to re-deliver. Very bad customer service in my opinion.

Yes, they are outrageously overpriced, but they're the best 24-hour diner in my delivery area --- and delivery is always fast with no problems. Food quality is solid and consistent.

this food is consistently the worst in the neighborhood, and the prices are higher than fine restaurants in Manhattan; all for poorly portioned and poor quality diner food.

Rating them a 4, although I would put them somewhere between 3 and 4. They're a little pricey, but they are one of the few places we can get on seamless very late at night. To their credit each item ordered has a good amount of food in it, making it more worth it. Taste isn't bad at all. Had none of the problems others have suggested here.

Unbelievably rude. I called to add chicken to my wrap (additional dollar per their menu) and was told it would be $3. when I explained what the price was on the menu and questioned why I should pay a 300% markup, I was verbally berated over the phone. will never order from them again. ever. plus, the food is awful .

Worst management EVER!!! They are listed on seamless to deliver to my address but openly admit that they won't ever deliver to me. Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. AND THEIR FOOD IS MEDIOCRE AT BEST! They accept orders on Thanksgiving and make the customers wait expecting delivery any minute. Then they finally send out an "unaccepted order" ON THANKSGIVING!!! Remove this restaurant from seamless if they don't want our business... Heartless! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

ordered "spinach pie served with greek salad." option appears and says click one: "soup of the day" "salad" I clicked soup as to not receive my greek salad as well as a side salad. order arrives with no greek salad. called and took forever to clear up but manager was kind and said he would send the greek salad. delivery guy appears with a bill for $4.50 cash. i was afraid delivery guy would be charged if i didn't pay, so i paid him. neighborhood would be better off with no 24 hour options than this place with their absurdly over-priced and severely sub-par food. been a customer since they opened, but i'm finally calling it quits. i'll store non-perishables in my cabinets for late night emergencies from now on.

Terribly overpriced. Got order incorrect, when I called to let them know they forgot the salad I paid $15 for the guy argued with me, insisting I had the salad!!! Finally he mumbled something and 15 minutes later a guy showed up to my door empty handed, just staring at me. Called again, he said he sent the item. Still nothing 30 minutes later. Finally called seamless, they called and 10 minutes later I had the missing item. Hate this place, but I guess that is what you get if you want food delivered at 1 am...
