Casa Fiesta

I am currently in limbo on the status of my order, which was placed 1.5 hours ago when the average wait time was 30-45 minutes. I've called the restaurant three times, and each time an operator who barely has a command of English answered telling me that my food is still on it's way, followed by putting me on terminal hold when I voiced dissatisfaction. (I live 6 blocks from their restaurant mind you, so it should not take this long even on a busy night.) The restaurant is officially closed now. I asked for a manager, but there is apparently no manager on duty, which is totally absurd and horrible business practice. I even said I wanted a refund and was told "no can do." Even if the food was delicious, it will be cold and arrive after 10PM. Ridiculous. Seamless should vet their restaurants with more care in the future.

*****DO NOT ORDER FROM CASA FIESTA!****** The food is actually really good but they have the worst service I have ever experienced. I placed an order via seamless and after two hours went by, I called the restaurant and the woman who answered the phone said that my order already left the restaurant, and it should be at my door any second now. ANOTHER HOUR later the food was at my door. Apparently the delivery man went MIA and took an hour to drive only a few miles from the restaurant to my apartment building. Obviously, my food wasn't hot anymore after sitting in his car for an hour; ew... Needless to say, I will never be ordering from Casa Fiesta ever again... which is a shame because the food is really good.

OK, the food is pretty good. Tasty and enjoyable. But they are ridiculously late in delivery, pretty consistently.
