Casaville Restaurant

Called an hour after order was sent, they said they did not receive order. Asked three times and finally got response from kitchen that my order had been misplaced. I don't know what issue they have at the restaurant because I see that other people have left the same review. They also need to change the approximation of 20-35minutes delivery because it took them 90 minutes.

Took an hour and a half for delivery and I had to call the restaurant several times to get them to contact the delivery person and find out what was wrong. Food was ice cold when it arrived.

This restaurant is unable to deliver on their orders in a timely manner or within their advertised estimates On the two occasions that I ordered, Casaville failed to deliver within their estimates by a substantive time frame. On this latest failure, the food arrived after 1 hour, following a 20-35 minute estimate. Unacceptable. In addition, the staff are unable to deliver on their revised estimates when you call to request a timing update. In short, unreliable service, misleading delivery times. Avoid if you want to eat in a timely fashion.

NEVER EVER EVER order from this place. Terrible value for money and bad service. After a delivery estimate of 35-45 minutes, our food arrived - only luke warm - after 75 minutes. We live a 5 minute walk from the restaurant. The lamb tagine cost $17.50 and doesn't even come with couscous, the lamb couscous cost $16 and had only two small (inch cube) pieces of lamb. Our drink order didn't show up at all.

I don't know why I bothered to order from them, again. Last time the food was terrible and delivery was super late. This time the food was tasty and delivery was late by over an hour. Each time, No apology. Last time, I ordered the tapas platter. Although the seafood and meat tasted fresh and flavorful, this meal convinced me that tapas are not for delivery. Ever. The packaging fell apart so the meal looked like guacamole lasagne. The meal would have been forgettable, but as it was, I the arrangement confused me as to what was being served.

This is a horrible choice for dinner. Waited more than two hours for my order and it never ended up arriving. Interaction over the phone was detached and unhelpful. I wouldn't advice patronizing this establishment.

Nothing amazing, fairly pricey and the delivery slow. Loved the Spinach and goat cheese appetizer but the grilled squid was charred and and drowning in garlic.
