Lunch showed up over an hour and a half late. And I almost broke my tooth on an olive pit that was in my salad. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Certe. It's amateur hour over there and they have no business running a restaurant.

cer-te has one item I love - their grilled asparagus - everything else is mediocre and their butternut squash soup tasted like a bowl of salt.

Food is good. Seamless orders are ready for pickup usually 75% of the time I get there even if its like 20 minutes before the quoted time. Which is good (get your food faster) and bad (food is still warm but not hot). I took off one star for not providing accurate pick up times and since its more expensive than other restaurants in the area. Sometimes they have 20% off of on seamless, but I haven't seen that in a while. The Falafel Burger is my favorite.

Usually like the food, but I placed an order at 5:30pm (seamless lists it as closing at 5:45pm) and was called and told that they're closed and that I needed to call seamless to get my order cancelled. Extremely poor way to treat your customers when the restaurant should be managing its own issues with its service providers. She also tried to lie to me that she couldn't cancel the order herself, when other restaurants have gladly done so for me in the past. Very unprofessional.

Not only did the food come an hour late, but I wasted over 10 minutes on hold trying to track down my order. I was also told that the delivery was already made when that wad clearly not the case. I cannot recommend this location if punctuality is important.

They never deliver in the time frame they say they will, and my food is always cold. If they don't have what you ordered (often happens) they throw something random in or nothing at all. I guess picking up the phone is too challenging. The food isn't worth the hassel. I'm done with this place.

Eating in the restaurant usually means slow service, but I order all the time and the food is great. The All Beef Country Meatloaf is my favorite- comfort food but clean to eat.

I ordered Rare Roasted Beef Sandwich on black bread. they sent me grilled chicken breast on WHITE bread. worst than that, the chicken breast is so dry, it is almost the worst I have so far this year.

When I called to give the correct name of the recipient of the order (the name change I submitted online for some reason did not show), the woman on the phone was annoyed and unpleasant. I tried to be nice and ask her what the problem was, but she basically hung up the phone on me.
