So, DC never really has great Chinese food delivery. With that being said, Charlie Chiang's is my fav for fast, reliable DC Chinese. The sweet and sour chicken actually has vegetables (which, for some reason, is rare in DC), the spring rolls are crispy and the delivery is always super fast (less than 30 mins).
