I hate to say this, as I'd previously written a glowing review of Chanpen, but my most recent experience was not good at all. I've had their curry noodle soup several times. It has previously been excellent if you are a fan of yellow curry. The most recent order was completely bland. I had requested "Spicy", and it had zero spice and very little flavor at all. I hope it was just an off day.

Food came quickly (20 min) and was piping hot. However, we tried a couple of things: steamed dumpling, shrimp rolls, pad thai, rice with curry, and all tasted bland. I won't order here again.

I love this place! I've tried the pad kra thiem, pad see eaw, mussaman curry and sweet & sour chicken and everything has been delicious. Delivery is fast and problem-free. I've tried four or five other Thai restaurants in the neighborhood and this is by far my favorite.

Really tasty, reasonably priced thai food. The one thing they don't do particularly well is the pad thai (unfortunate, considering it's most people's favorite thai dish). Other than that though, every single dish I've gotten from Chanpen has been fantastic.

Very good Thai Sausage Salad. Steamed vegetables with peanut sauce was good but needed more sauce. Quick delivery. Steamed pork dumplings were quite delicious.

Curry was TERRIBLE - and to add insult to injury, they delivered it in a plastic container that had space for the main dish and a space for the rice, and put the curry in the smaller section for the rice!!! Never ordering from here again...

I ordered the Pad See Ew Noodle Lunch Special with veggies and tofu and there was NO broccoli! The veggie portion was extremely miniscule and consisted mostly of a large pile of overly greasy noodles.

I order Exotic Chicken because two people liked it. It was tasty, specially peanut souce for chiken is really great! But it took only 30 min to be delivered, but the meal was cold. Quantity wasn't that much, it wasn't enough for one meal.

it tasted as if it were pulled off a steam table. to be honest, i wouldn't be surprised if they were preparing the meals well in advance in bulk instead of making meals to order. this place used to be good. not anymore.
