Charly's

I order from here usually after midnight. The delivery always arrives faster than promised, and the food is always quite good. The Kobe burger, fries, and brownie Charly's shake always hits the spot, but I have also been known to order their quesadilla or burrito at times. It's not Shake Shack or Dos Toros, but it's good food for late at night and priced accordingly!

Came back at 4am one night and my doorman recommended to me and my friends that we order Charly's. We just wanted some classic late night greasy food but unfortunately, while Charly's did fit the 'greasy' bill, it didn't satisfy our cravings. The chicken in the chicken parmesan sandwich had a greyish color to it and the other items we got all tasted like they were frozen. Maybe we ordered the wrong things - and I will definitely ask my doorman what it is that he gets and loves - but the experience we had was not positive.

I had a desperate late night craving for wings and Charly's was the only thing in FiDi that could fill that spicy buffalo void. I expected it to take 45+ mins to arrive, but much to my pleasure, my food arrived in less than 10 minutes from ordering. I'm not even exaggerating. It was as if they cooked it in my building! The wings weren't the best, but they were huge and totally satisfied my craving.

I've been ordering from Charly's for years and am pleased that they are now here and available for online ordering. This is NOT gourmet food. This is fast food - but it's really good fast food. Prices are pretty reasonable. The burgers are better than any of the fast-food chain restaurants. Their chili is great. Quesadillas, burritos, sandwiches and breakfast food also all very good. Steve's Pizza (which shares space and is also now available for online ordering) is not one of NY's best pizzerias but is passable and, at 4 in the morning becomes a great option. Charly's is the only place worth ordering from, that will deliver to Battery Park City 24 hours a day. Delivery is usually VERY fast (i.e. within 10-15 minutes of placing order.) If I had to offer one criticism, I'd say it's their French Fries. I've never been a fan of their greasy, skin-on, shoestrings but some of my houseguests swear by them. Just not my style. All in all, I'd say Charly's is great --for what it is. If you're not expecting a gourmet meal, you'll get everything you want.

Order from here nearly every day - the subs, sandwiches and pizza are all good. Quesadillas are also good. Really fast delivery (about half an hour on the button)

Regularly order the nachos, wings, burritos, and phillys. Very good food for the price. One thing, they actually deliver much earlier than their estimates so take that into account.

Cheesesteaks are ok, worthless delivery estimates. When I called to find out what happened to my order, was put on hold twice until i finally hung up after 20 minutes.

Been ordering from them for years now as my go to place for late night food. I give them five stars for always being consistent with quality and super-fast delivery times (Battery Park City). As far as the way the food tastes, it's nothing fancy but satisfies my hunger every time at anytime.

do u guys listen to what special requests are???? so far everytime i order, only cuz its the only place open, they dont do special requests...come on guys...no onions means no onions....ill remember that the next time ur delivery guy gets a lapdance from the stripper i ordered....

I ordered a turkey sandwich from here. The turkey was thick and slimey. It seemed like the kind of cold-cut you would get pre-packaged at the grocery store, NOT sliced at the deli. Horrible!

We always order the grilled chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken cesar salad. The portions are generous, filling, and it tastes great! The sandwich isn't greasy but it still makes good comfort food :)
