Cheeburger Cheeburger

0 for 2. First night's delivery was 30 minutes late. I got apologies and explanations but nothing for my trouble. Second night's delivery was incomplete. I called and was told they'd "send someone right out." That someone never came. The food? Okay. Comparable to Five Guys, but with more options. But considering the high price and the trouble, I'd say Cheeburger Cheeburger is a poor value. You've been warned...

I order Cheeburger a lot and they always deliver for me. Sure sometimes it takes a little longer, but no restaurant I've found is perfect with delivery times. Cheeburger's burger is tasty and has flavor. Onion rings are good and they have a great selection of drinks. I only wish they'd undercook the beef just a little more. Overall great food.

Never disapoints! I have tried pretty much all other burger joint but they ROCK period ! I never had any mistake in my food order. There fries is a big proportion and the Burgers are juicy and succulant love you have all the options ,The fact that I can get so many toppings on my burger for one price is a huge plus and delivery is always on time. Keep it up Cheeburger....

They forgot the "S" in their name and "customer service" in their business practices. Ordered a veggie burger whose description is lacking the word mediocre. I indicated that i would rather have it on a bun by putting PLEASE PUT ON BUN NOT WRAP in the special directions. When I called to see where my soon-to-be-discovered-as-incorrect order was, the man told me he didn't understand the question I was asking, which was, "The order said 30-45 minutes, has the order left yet?" And when I called back to explain that my special instructions weren't so special enough in their eyes - or at least special enough to be read - I was told that it didn't matter that I put that there because the order was for a veggie wrap. So Seamless, take note. Cheeburger Cheerburger would like for you to remove "Special Instructions" from their menu listing, because like the S in their name and good customer service, it just doesn't matter.

So I know it's "cool" to hate on the chain burger joint, but here are the facts of my experience... I order out multiple times a week from many, many Slope restaurants and Cheeburger is the only who has gotten my order right every single time. And I've gotten my food hot in 20 minutes almost every single time. So I guess I've never had to deal with their customer service. Sure, there are better burgers in town, but their food is still pretty good, and a consistently correct, hot delivery wins out for me...

Great service. I ordered at 8:05 pm and my doorbell rang at 8:40 and I live 20+ blocks away from the place. My "serious cheeburger" was hot and delicious and came with everything I requested. The fries and onion rings taste great too. Will order from again!

The perfect compromise between a fast food burger and a "real" burger. They list the calories on the menu, which is helpful, and their toppings are all really fresh. Things like chicken fingers seem more like standard quality for delivery food, but the burgers always arrive fresh and not soggy.

Absolutely awful malt. AVOID!!! It was like a vat of sugar and totally undrinkable. The fries had no salt; I don't particularly like salty food but even a sprinkle is called for in fries, I'd imagine. The bun was soggy and the lettuce tasted a week old and the tomatoes were just not ripe. Never ordering from here again.

GREAT FOOD! The burgers are sooo yummy and fulfilling. Delivery was fast and prompt. Let down was that I had a few things missing from my burger that I asked for. Oh and by the way THE SHAKES ARE THE BOMBB!

I've ordered from here hundreds of times and never felt like the food took longer than the estimated time I was given. Everything I've ever ordered tasted fresh and delicious. The fries portions are HUGE. Their shakes are AMAZING and so are their salads and burgers....and their chicken fingers...grilled cheese sandwiches...I can go on.

The food is really good, if you can ever get it to arrive. 3rd time I have ordered - I am done. 90 minutes for one turkey burger and a salad is unacceptable.

It took 1 and a half hours to receive our delivery. After an hour we called to check up and they told us our delivery had already left. 30 minutes after it arrived soggy and cold. I'll never order from here again.
