Chef 28

I've been ordering from them for at least 15 years and I have never had any problems. Sure, sometimes when you order delivery *from anywhere* at a busy time it doesn't come as quickly as you like. But usually they are very prompt and the food is always good. I'm not sure what expectations people hold when they're ordering from a Chinese take-out place and their expectations are not met or exceeded with Chef 28.

Absolutely delicious BBQ spare ribs, great wonton soup as well. Delivery speed was about average, but the quality of the food made up for that. 5 stars :)

Estimated time of delivery was 25-40 minutes it took them 1 hour and 20 minutes and didn't offer to give me a discount or an actual time that it was going to be delivered.

I live quite far from the restaurant (more than twenty blocks), I order from here at least once a week, and they always deliver within a reasonable time. I find their lo mein excellent, and their pan-roasted prawns, and their spicy shrimp wonton dumplings very good.

I only rate a restaurant when its incredibly great or unbelievably disappointing. As you can see from my rating, it clearly is not the former. Do not under any circumstance order the mango chicken. No flavor, tasteless sauce and overall the worst mango chicken I have ever had.

Estimated delivery time 20-40 min, took over an hour. Ordered the peking duck with scallions pancakes and plum sauce. the pancakes where flour tortilla's commonly served at mexican restaurants duck was dry....not what I expected. Cold sesame noodles that where not tossed, but had the sauce clumped on the top, Not ordering from here again

Don't exaggerate about your delivery time. This is pandering and deceitful. STILL WAITING FOR MY FOOD!! 25-40 minutes and now it's over an hour. If you are hungry, pick another place.

The delivery guy earned the restaurant a 1 star rating. First delivery guy I've ever had to place my food on the ground instead of handing it to me and then dismiss me when I asked him to please not put my food on the ground in the future. This is what happens when they already have their tip I guess...

Food is good enough but the service was terrible. Ordered mine for pickup about 15-20 minutes before arriving but it wasn't ready yet. Everyone who came in and ordered in person after me got their food first. After repeatedly asking the girl where my food was she finally thought something was wrong and ran to the kitchen to check. Afterwards a bag with my food came up front which she checked and didn't give it to me, I assumed it was someone else's. Finally another employee asked me what my order was and gave me my food. Probably waited an additional 20+ minutes after arriving for my food with no apologies.
