Chelsea Cottage

I was VERY pleased with my experience here. Chelsea Cottage followed my vegetarian special instructions to the "T" & the food was delicious. I feel like it's really hard to mess up Lo Mein, but regardless, it was still delicious. As was the egg drop soup. I will definitely order form here again!

The quality of Chelsea Cottage is inconsistent. But at its best, it's just fair. I usually order Chinese dishes, and I can say that many of the menu items bare little resemblance to the authentic chinese counterpart. Still, the lack of good Chinese food alternatives in the area keep me coming back more than I wish.

The chicken was awful, slimy chewy. I got general tso chicken and it was chewy and bland. yuck. I also ordered sesame chicken and it tasted like the general tso. I asked for extra crispy chicken, it was certainly deep fried, but squishy. The wonton soup was okay, but only had 2 wontons

I'm not sure if my crispy shrimp dumpling was supposed to include a sauce...but it didn't and I actually don't care! It was so good and the delivery was super fast..LOVE!

one of the worst meals i have had. i ordered the pho and the beef they give you is just boiled slices of chuck meat, not the type that real pho uses. it was boiled and had no flavor. my co-worker ordered the sesame chicken and it was soggy and not crispy like it should be.

order of crispy beef was surprisingly good. i wasn't really into general tso's; tad too soggy for me. delivery prompt though. great customer service.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely, extremely rude. I've ordered from here several times in the past, but today I got a missed call from them. When I called back - they pretty much yelled at me and hung up. I didn't even get to ask why they called me - whether it was something with my order or what. It was abrupt and surprising. That kind of service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.

I have ordered from here several time but never shrimp. An hour after eating the shrimp and green beens I felt sick to my stomach and it continued through the weekend. I felt terrible.

Food is good but the customer service needs some real help. Delivery guy didn't even say hello or goodbye. Just handed the bag to me and walked off without so much as a thank you. Next time I'll re-think the fact that I upped the delivery tip amount.
